{"id":5170,"date":"2022-11-30T09:05:47","date_gmt":"2022-11-30T08:05:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanamigo\/?p=5170"},"modified":"2022-11-30T09:05:47","modified_gmt":"2022-11-30T08:05:47","slug":"olives-en-conserva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanamigo\/eso\/olives-en-conserva\/","title":{"rendered":"Olives en conserva"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A finals de setembre i primers d&#8217;octubre \u00e9s temps de recollir les olives. \u00c9s en aquesta \u00e8poca de recol\u00b7lecci\u00f3 quan estan verdes, a punt de canviar de color: de morat cap a negre.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3n moltes les maneres i t\u00e8cniques de fer conserva d&#8217;olives, aix\u00ed com els ingredients per afegir-hi, depenent del gust final que volem que agafin i que m\u00e9s ens agradi: (sajolida, fonoll, farigola, all &#8230;). Per a fer la conserva les vam posaren un recipient de pl\u00e0stic, vidre o cer\u00e0mica. Hi vam afegir aigua fins a cobrir-les (haurem d\u2019anar canviant l&#8217;aigua).
