A trav\u00e9s de les explicacions d\u2019un guia vam descobrir els detalls arquitect\u00f2nics de l\u2019obra modernista de l\u2019arquitecte Lluis Dom\u00e8nech i Muntaner. Vam descobrir la import\u00e0ncia que donaven els arquitectes modernistes a la llum natural, amb el disseny de gran finestrals i a l\u2019entorn, amb grans jardins. Tamb\u00e9 ens va sorprendre veure la instal.laci\u00f3 rudiment\u00e0ria per\u00f2 molt avan\u00e7ada per aquella \u00e8poca d\u2019electricitat i calefacci\u00f3 i el fet que els interns d\u2019aquest pavell\u00f3 poguessin arribar a pagar fins al que serien 8.000 euros actuals mensualment per intentar curar les seves dol\u00e8ncies. Vam poder veure la sala d\u2019esbarjo, on podien gaudir de concerts musicals, el menjador, les habitacions i fins i tot els lavabos, cuidats fins al m\u00e9s m\u00ednim detall.
