Com aconseguia descobrir, a partir de les pistes, qui havia causat el crim? Doncs gr\u00e0cies als coneixements de qu\u00edmica que aplicava en el seu rudimentari laboratori casol\u00e0. Ens ha recordat quins van ser les inspiracions i els antecedents de Sir Conan Doyle que van portar-lo a construir el personatge de Sherlock Holmes i hem reprodu\u00eft alguns dels seus experiments.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>El cas del padrastre cridaner<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Una nit de tormenta un jove va trucar suplicant a la porta de la casa de Sherlock Holmes. El seu pare cridava de dolor d\u2019est\u00f3mac. Havia menjat groselles, d\u2019un color sospitosament verd. Quins experiments va fer Sherlock Holmes? Els alumnes en van reproduir els experiments i un seguit de reaccions qu\u00edmiques ens van conduir a la mateixa conclusi\u00f3 que ell: el culpable era l\u2019acetat de coure, conegut com a \u201cverdet\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanamigo\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu506\/2017\/11\/From.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1963 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanamigo\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu506\/2017\/11\/From.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"238\" height=\"138\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanamigo\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu506\/2017\/11\/From.png 453w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanamigo\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu506\/2017\/11\/From-300x174.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 238px) 100vw, 238px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>La ci\u00e8ncia forense actual<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Conan Doyle va ser un pioner en ci\u00e8ncia forense: despr\u00e9s de la seva mort, la policia cient\u00edfica va incorporar els coneixements de verins, escriptura, taques i petjades propis de la metodologia de Sherlock Holmes. Ricard Boqu\u00e9 va comentar-nos que \u201cavui dia la ci\u00e8ncia forense utilitza m\u00e9s i millors instruments de mesura, ha incorporat els ordinadors i les bases de dades i fa \u00fas de reactius molt espec\u00edfics\u201d.<br \/>\nUna d\u2019aquestes incorporacions ha estat el luminol: un reactiu que s\u2019utilitza per detectar la pres\u00e8ncia de sang. Ricard Boqu\u00e9 tamb\u00e9 ens va comentar la import\u00e0ncia de les diferents longituds d\u2019ona per detectar subst\u00e0ncies: infraroigs, raigs X o ultraviolats.
