{"id":1837,"date":"2016-03-04T11:06:24","date_gmt":"2016-03-04T10:06:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/insjoanamigo.cat\/traspas\/2016\/03\/04\/taller-d-alimentacio-saludable\/"},"modified":"2017-10-25T09:59:06","modified_gmt":"2017-10-25T07:59:06","slug":"taller-d-alimentacio-saludable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjoanamigo\/portada\/taller-d-alimentacio-saludable\/","title":{"rendered":"TALLER D\u2019ALIMENTACI\u00d3 SALUDABLE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TALLER D\u2019ALIMENTACI\u00d3 SALUDABLE ALS ALUMNES DE 2\u00ba D\u2019ESO A L&#8217;IES JOAN AMIG\u00d3 I CALLAU A L\u2019ESPLUGA\u00a0 DE FRANCOL\u00cd<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-7\" src=\"http:\/\/insjoanamigo.cat\/traspas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/mi-piramide-alimenticia-pizza.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" width=\"137\" height=\"81\" align=\"right\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Maite Del Amo Infermera <\/p>\n<p>Seguint el programa \u201d Salut i escola\u201d, desenvolupat pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i el Departament de Salut, en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de promoci\u00f3 d\u2019actituds i h\u00e0bits saludables; es va dur a terme els dies 16 i 23 de febrer un taller participatiu sobre alimentaci\u00f3 saludable dirigits als alumnes de 2\u00ba d\u2019ESO a l\u2019IES Joan Amig\u00f3 i Callau de l\u2019Espluga de Francol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>Els alumnes van aprendre la diferencia entre alimentaci\u00f3 i nutrici\u00f3, la funci\u00f3 dels diferents nutrients i en quins aliments trobar-los, les funcions i la import\u00e0ncia de la \/&gt;ingesta d\u2019aigua, dieta equilibrada i necessitats energ\u00e8tiques per la seva edat. Va finalitzar el taller amb la posada en pr\u00e0ctica\u00a0 per part dels alumnes, de diferents \u00e0pats <\/p>\n<p>del dia, amb\u00a0 aliments de pl\u00e0stic: esmorzar, dinar i sopar segons les racions di\u00e0ries d&#8217;aquests trastorns. La conclusi\u00f3 de les diferents investigacions \u00e9s molt clara: fer uns <\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una part important de la nostra vida. A trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 obtenim nutrients per tenir energia per viure. Per\u00f2, a m\u00e9s de ser un proc\u00e9s biol\u00f2gic, l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 un proc\u00e9s emocional i social. Alimentaci\u00f3 i emocions estan connectades, per aix\u00f2 una bona alimentaci\u00f3 ha de ser agradable. I, sovint, l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 es d\u00f3na en un context social, de celebraci\u00f3, per exemple, o de rutina familiar, com sopar junts. Aix\u00ed doncs hem de tenir en compte que una bona alimentaci\u00f3 compr\u00e8n tres aspectes: el biol\u00f2gic, l&#8217;emocional i el social. En qu\u00e8 consisteix un h\u00e0bit alimentari saludable? &gt;Per fer un h\u00e0bit alimentari saludable \u00e9s recomanable dur a terme una alimentaci\u00f3: \uf0b7 Variada, que inclogui diferents aliments de cara a obtenir tots els nutrients que necessitem. Els nutrients es divideixen en 5 grups: hidrats de carboni, prote\u00efnes,greixos, vitamines i minerals. Per\u00f2 cap aliments els cont\u00e9 tots, per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s molt important fer una dieta variada. \uf0b7 Suficient, ja que ha de contenir la quantitat necess\u00e0ria per satisfer la demanda de nutrients del cos. \uf0b7 Adaptada. L&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 ha d&#8217;apartar-se a les necessitats de cada persona. Per exemple, un adolescent i una persona gran tenen necessitats nutricionals diferents. Un esportista necessita m\u00e9s calories que una persona que treballa asseguda en una cadira davant d&#8217;un ordinador. \uf0b7 Equilibrada.
