La formaci\u00f3, duta a terme per la coacher M\u00aaCarmen D\u00edaz, va permetre reflexionar sobre els tres passos a seguir davant d&#8217;una situaci\u00f3 de conflicte o malestar emocional.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>El alumnado de Comercio Internacional contin\u00faa form\u00e1ndose en emociones y en la adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio parte del <strong>Proyecto Comvas<\/strong>. Hace unos d\u00edas realiz\u00f3 la formaci\u00f3n &#8220;El sem\u00e1foro de la regulaci\u00f3n emocional&#8221; que ten\u00eda como objetivo aprender a gestionar las emociones, a valorar las emociones de los otrosy a convivir con los compa\u00f1eros.
