{"id":6074,"date":"2023-03-30T08:00:04","date_gmt":"2023-03-30T06:00:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjaumemimo\/?p=6074"},"modified":"2023-03-29T15:09:25","modified_gmt":"2023-03-29T13:09:25","slug":"taller-cuina-sostenible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjaumemimo\/general\/taller-cuina-sostenible\/","title":{"rendered":"Taller cuina sostenible"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El passat dijous 23 de mar\u00e7, l\u2019alumnat de 2n de batxillerat va realitzar un taller de cuina sostenible que proposava CETT, el centre universitari de Turisme, Hoteleria i Gastronomia adscrit a la Universitat de Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>Primer, ens van estar informant sobre els graus universitaris que oferien i despr\u00e9s ens van parlar de la import\u00e0ncia de la cuina sostenible i els productes de temporada.<\/p>\n<p>Ens van compartir 3 receptes fetes amb col\u2022liflor, que ells anaven cuinant simult\u00e0niament. Despr\u00e9s, els van deixar tastar les 3 receptes.
