L\u2019arxip\u00e8lag est\u00e0 format per quatre illes m\u00e9s orientals: La Graciosa, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura i Gran Can\u00e0ria i quatre illes m\u00e9s occidentals: Tenerife, La Gomera, La Palma i El Hierro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Formen part de la Macaron\u00e8sia, regi\u00f3 geogr\u00e0fica que agrupa a altres arxip\u00e8lags atl\u00e0ntics com les illes del Cap Verd, les illes Salvatges, Madeira i les A\u00e7ores. Totes son d\u2019origen volc\u00e0nic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les illes Can\u00e0ries es troben en la Placa Tect\u00f2nica Africana, que es despla\u00e7a a una velocitat d&#8217;1 cm \/any en direcci\u00f3 nord-est, apropant-se a la Placa Euroasi\u00e0tica. La seva formaci\u00f3 va ser aproximament fa 20 m.a ( milions d\u2019anys) a partir d\u2019un punt calent o Hot spot, una columna de magma ascendent, fixa, que puja verticalment des de les parts profundes del mantell, a m\u00e9s de 2.000 km de profunditat. A mesura que la Placa Africana es despla\u00e7a cap el NE, es van formant les illes. Aix\u00ed les m\u00e9s antigues son Fuerteventura i Lanzarote i les m\u00e9s modernes La Palma, formada fa 2 m.a i El Hierro fa 1,5 m.a. Les altres illes de la Macaron\u00e8sia tamb\u00e9 s\u2019han format per punts calents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En estudis del fons mar\u00ed, s\u2019ha trobat al sud, un conjunt de volcans submarins ja inactius \u201cLas Abuelas\u201d que podria indicar un arxip\u00e8lag extint i enfonsat. A l\u2019oest d\u2019El Hierro s\u2019ha trobat un conjunt de volcans submarins actius de 1.600 m d\u2019altura \u201cLas Hijas\u201d que podrien representar embrions de noves illes. Tant Las Abuelas com Las Hijas \u00a0concorden amb la teoria del punt calent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per\u00f2 la teoria del punt calent no \u00e9s acceptada per tota la comunitat cient\u00edfica, en aquest \u00faltims 500 anys, hi ha hagut erupcions volc\u00e0niques a Tenerife, La Palma, El Hierro per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 a Lanzarote, una illa que ja queda llunyana del punt calent. Hi ha ge\u00f2legs que recolzen teories mixtes, l\u2019exist\u00e8ncia d\u2019un punt calent i la fractura de l\u2019escor\u00e7a oce\u00e0nica per la formaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Atles, que permetria\u00a0 fluxos de magma a Lanzarote, per\u00f2 no s\u2019ha pogut comprovar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Palma \u00e9s una illa jove i petita, de 47 Km de llargada i 28 Km d\u2019amplada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la seva formaci\u00f3 va tenir una primera fase submarina amb taxes eruptives molt altes per construir edificis volc\u00e0nics que poguessin sobresortir del mar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En una segona fase, la fase a\u00e8ria, es produeix un creixement r\u00e0pid, amb estrats de colades que es superposen. A La Palma, aquesta fase a\u00e8ria va comen\u00e7ar pel nord, amb grans volcans\u00a0 com Taburiente, que va arribar a 3.000 m d\u2019altura i amb un despla\u00e7ament gegant va formar la caldera de Taburiente, una depressi\u00f3 enorme, declarada Reserva Mundial de la Biosfera,. Limitada per cims de gran altura, com el Pico de los Muchachos de 2.426 m d\u2019altura, on se situa l\u2019observatori astron\u00f2mic d\u2019aquest nom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fa 400.000 anys la part nord queda inactiva, i\u00a0 l\u2019activitat volc\u00e0nica es despla\u00e7a al sud formant-se la dorsal\u00a0 Cumbre Vieja, una serralada de 1.900 m d\u2019altitud amb 80 cons eruptius, que han produ\u00eft erupcions cont\u00ednues. En el domini de Cumbre Vieja s\u2019han produ\u00eft les set erupcions hist\u00f2riques de La Palma, dues en el segle XX, el 1949 el volc\u00e0 de San Juan i el 1971 la del Teneguia, on van morir dues persones, per inhalaci\u00f3 de gasos formats amb l\u2019arribada de la lava al mar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019actual erupci\u00f3 de Cumbre Vieja va comen\u00e7ar el 19 de setembre, fa 60 dies. \u00c9s un volc\u00e0 d\u2019activitat estromboliana, el nom prov\u00e9 del volc\u00e0 Stromboli situat en una illa d\u2019It\u00e0lia. L\u2019activitat estromboliana es caracteritza per colades de viscositat moderada a temperatures molt elevades, 1000\u00baC, explosivitat baixa, emissi\u00f3 de gasos com el\u00a0 di\u00f2xid de sofre, i de materials s\u00f2lids, els piroclasts, de diferent mides des de cendres a bombes volc\u00e0niques.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjaumecallis\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu113\/2021\/11\/La-Palma.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7752\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjaumecallis\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu113\/2021\/11\/La-Palma.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"670\" height=\"378\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjaumecallis\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu113\/2021\/11\/La-Palma.jpg 670w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjaumecallis\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu113\/2021\/11\/La-Palma-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 670px) 100vw, 670px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Presenta un con volc\u00e0nic de 200 m amb nombroses boques volc\u00e0niques. Actualment hi ha tres colades que han arribat al mar i l\u2019illa ha crescut 42 hect\u00e0rees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les colades de lava han afectat a 2.623 habitatges, que representa 7.000 desallotjats. Ha arrasat \u00a01034 hect\u00e0rees, una gran part pertanyen a plantacions de pl\u00e0tan, en conjunt son milers de persones damnificades. Un drama humanitari per una poblaci\u00f3 de nom\u00e9s 80.000 habitants. Sembla que la primera mort atribu\u00efda al volc\u00e0 seria la d\u2019un home netejant la teulada de cendres.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjaumecallis\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu113\/2021\/11\/colada-de-lava.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7753\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjaumecallis\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu113\/2021\/11\/colada-de-lava.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjaumecallis\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu113\/2021\/11\/colada-de-lava.jpg 810w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjaumecallis\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu113\/2021\/11\/colada-de-lava-300x133.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjaumecallis\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu113\/2021\/11\/colada-de-lava-768x341.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9s dif\u00edcil pronosticar l\u2019activitat volc\u00e0nica futura del Cumbre Vieja , per\u00f2 una s\u00e8rie de par\u00e0metres del risc volc\u00e0nic ens poden indicar la tend\u00e8ncia del volc\u00e0. Si aquests par\u00e0metres descendeixen indica estabilitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019activitat volc\u00e0nica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sismicitat: la sismicitat interm\u00e8dia, entre 10 a 15 km ha baixat, aquesta sismicitat \u00e9s alta quan hi ha una activitat intensa. La sismicitat profunda continua amb sismes que arriben a magnituds de 4,7, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 disminueix el nombre de sismes per dia, actualment est\u00e1 entre 20 a 30 (s\u2019havia arribat a 60 per dia).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La deformaci\u00f3 del terreny: ha baixat. A l\u2019inici de l\u2019erupci\u00f3 havia augmentat 24 cm el gruix del terreny, encara que l\u2019estaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s propera al volc\u00e0 segueix mostrant deformaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tremor volc\u00e0nic: canvis de les aig\u00fces subterr\u00e0nies degudes a l\u2019augment de temperatura que originen petits esdeveniments s\u00edsmics. Tamb\u00e9 ha baixat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Concentraci\u00f3 de di\u00f2xid de sofre de les emissions: est\u00e0 en descens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segons la portaveu del Pla d\u2019Emerg\u00e8ncia Volc\u00e0nica de Can\u00e0ries (PEVOLCA), el Cumbre Vieja est\u00e0 en un proc\u00e9s m\u00e9s estable per\u00f2, per ara, no es preveu que acabi l\u2019erupci\u00f3. El final \u00e9s incert.<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Vaig
