{"id":6620,"date":"2020-12-03T01:24:02","date_gmt":"2020-12-03T00:24:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjaumecallis\/?p=6620"},"modified":"2020-12-03T01:24:02","modified_gmt":"2020-12-03T00:24:02","slug":"el-blat-editat-geneticament-sense-gluten-apte-per-celiacs-crispr-cas9","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesjaumecallis\/general\/el-blat-editat-geneticament-sense-gluten-apte-per-celiacs-crispr-cas9\/","title":{"rendered":"El blat editat gen\u00e8ticament sense gluten, apte per cel\u00edacs, CRISPR\/Cas9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El dimarts dia 2 de desembre, l&#8217;alumnat de Biologia de 1r i 2n de Batxillerat van assistir a una confer\u00e8ncia telem\u00e0tica impartida pel Dr. Francisco Barro, dins el programa de Tert\u00falies de Literatura Cient\u00edfica que organitza la UVIC.<\/p>\n<p>El Dr. Francisco Barro \u00e9s Doctor en Biologia, investigador del CSIC i responsable del grup de Gen\u00f2mica Funcional de l\u2019Instituto de Agricultura Sostenible (IAS). La seva recerca s\u2019ha dirigit en aconseguir blat apte per a cel\u00edacs, lliure del component del gluten que m\u00e9s immunogenicitat genera. El gluten \u00e9s una barreja complexa de prote\u00efnes presents als cereals, responsable d\u2019al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies i intoler\u00e0ncies que afecten el 12% de la poblaci\u00f3 mundial. Consta de gliadines (\u03b1, \u03b2, \u03d2, \u03c9, el p\u00e8ptid 33 mer \u00e9s un dels components de l\u2019 \u03b1-gliadina, \u00e9s molt resistent a la digesti\u00f3 i un dels principals p\u00e8ptids immunog\u00e8nics del gluten) i glutenines (donen l\u2019elasticitat a la farina)<br \/>\nEs pot emprar la t\u00e8cnica del RNAi (RNA d\u2019interfer\u00e8ncia) i la del CRISPR-Cas (Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats associat a endonucleasa Cas).<br \/>\nA trav\u00e9s de les dues eines biotecnol\u00f2giques s\u2019ha aconseguit blat sense 33-mer. Amb la primera s\u2019aconsegueix interferir en la  s\u00edntesi de les gliadines (s\u2019interfereix en la traducci\u00f3 de la prote\u00efna, per degradaci\u00f3 de m-RNA). En la segona, es pot eliminar la seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia gen\u00e8tica que porta la informaci\u00f3 per a la 33-mer, a trav\u00e9s de RNA guia (sgRNA) associat a la nucleasa Cas.<\/p>\n<p>El blat sense gliadina aconseguit per la tecnologia CRISPR, a la Uni\u00f3 Europea \u00e9s considerat blat modificat gen\u00e8ticament, en canvi a Estats Units, en no tenir gens addicionals provinents d\u2019una altra esp\u00e8cie, no.<\/p>\n<p>Sigui quina sigi l&#8217;eina biotecnol\u00f2gica emprada, el blat sense gliadina permet obtenir farina que es pot treballar b\u00e9 i pa de qualitat ,tot i que t\u00e9 una mica menys de volum. <\/p>\n<p>Per assajos cl\u00ednics efectuats s\u2019ha constatat que les persones que han consumit pa sense gliadines presenten una microbiota que millora la permeabilitat intestinal, una disminuci\u00f3 dels p\u00e8ptids antig\u00e8nics i un descens dels bacteroides que provoquen inflamacions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A trav\u00e9s d&#8217;eines biotecnol\u00f2giques -RNAi i CRISPR-Cas- s&#8217;ha aconseguit blat lliure del p\u00e8ptid m\u00e9s immunog\u00e8nic del gluten.
