El recurs consta d&#8217;una llibreta amb separadors que aglutinen els diferents temes sobre salut a tenir en compte per a adquirir i desenvolupar uns bons h\u00e0bits saludables, en \u00e0mbits tan diferents com la sexualitat, les pantalles o les addiccions&#8230; La llibreta es complementa amb enlla\u00e7os a la web d&#8217;Empord\u00e0 jove, on s&#8217;amplia informaci\u00f3 de cada tema i es detallen serveis i recursos on accedir en cas necessari, mitjan\u00e7ant diferents v\u00eddeos explicatius i informaci\u00f3 escrita complement\u00e0ria.<br>Durant les sessions d&#8217;avui, que han estat dirigides per la Irene L\u00f3pez, t\u00e8cnica de l&#8217;\u00e0rea de Joventut del Servei Comarcal de l&#8217;Alt Empord\u00e0, els nois i noies de 3r han tingut l&#8217;oportunitat de reflexionar, i tamb\u00e9 de dir la seva, sobre aquests temes que afecten el seu dia a dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justificar-text\">Gr\u00e0cies a la Irene, i tamb\u00e9 a l&#8217;Estela Aranda, informadora juvenil de l&#8217;Espai Jove de Roses, pel seu acompanyament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un any m\u00e9s, el nostre institut s&#8217;
