L’Escola d’Hoteleria del Pallars, que va n\u00e9ixer l’any 2019 i on es cursen els CFGM de Cuina i Gastronomia i CFGM Serveis en Restauraci\u00f3, est\u00e0 de celebraci\u00f3 doble.<\/p>\n

Fa pocs dies que ha inaugurat el nou restaurant pedag\u00f2gic<\/strong> on l’alumnat podr\u00e0 sentir-se en una cuina d’alt nivell i el visitant podr\u00e0 veure com preparen uns plats extraordinaris amb un servei .<\/p>\n

D’altra banda, s’ha entrat en el moviment Slow Food<\/a><\/strong>, un segell de qualitat vinculat als productes de proximitat i de temporada, posant en valor no nom\u00e9s el nivell de la cuina i el restaurant pedag\u00f2gic, sin\u00f3 les possibilitats locals de nivell de productors.<\/p>\n
