{"id":3952,"date":"2023-04-06T19:53:18","date_gmt":"2023-04-06T17:53:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesguinovarda\/?p=3952"},"modified":"2023-04-06T19:53:18","modified_gmt":"2023-04-06T17:53:18","slug":"millorem-el-benestar-emocional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesguinovarda\/eso\/eso-3\/millorem-el-benestar-emocional\/","title":{"rendered":"MILLOREM EL BENESTAR EMOCIONAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dijous, 15 de mar\u00e7, els alumnes de primer de Serveis Comercials i els de tercer d\u2019ESO van participar en un taller de Benestar emocional, organitzat per la Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona.<br \/>\nEs va treballar els principals factors de protecci\u00f3 (autoestima, habilitats socials, toler\u00e0ncia, frustraci\u00f3&#8230;) per afavorir un major benestar emocional per prevenir possibles dificultats a nivell emocional o conductual (ansietat, Trastorns del Comportament Alimentari, addiccions, autolesions&#8230;)<br \/>\nDurant l\u2019activitat, es van oferir eines per aprendre a identificar i expressar les emocions i sentiments i es va aprendre a recon\u00e8ixer els malestar emocionals m\u00e9s comuns en aquesta etapa (estr\u00e8s, ansietat, tristesa, angoixa&#8230;).
