{"id":3507,"date":"2022-10-26T10:13:34","date_gmt":"2022-10-26T08:13:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesguinovarda\/?p=3507"},"modified":"2022-10-26T10:56:06","modified_gmt":"2022-10-26T08:56:06","slug":"vaga-destudiants-divendres-23-de-setembre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesguinovarda\/general\/vaga-destudiants-divendres-23-de-setembre\/","title":{"rendered":"VAGA D&#8217;ESTUDIANTS DIJOUS 27 D&#8217;OCTUBRE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"color: #4a4a4a; font-family: ieducaTypo, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Hi ha convocada una\u00a0vaga d\u2019estudiants per dijous dia 27 d&#8217;octubre del 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4a4a4a; font-family: ieducaTypo, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-align: center !important;\"><strong>L\u2019alumnat de 1r i 2n d\u2019ESO no t\u00e9 dret a fer\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-align: center !important;\"><strong>vaga<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0segons la normativa vigent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4a4a4a; font-family: ieducaTypo, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Han demanat fer la\u00a0vaga seguint el protocol establert pel centre:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #4a4a4a; font-family: ieducaTypo, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">\n<li style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none;\">Tots els grups de 3r d&#8217;ESO<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none;\">Tots els grups de 4t d&#8217;ESO<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; background-color: #efeff1;\">Tots els grups de TAPSD i de SMX<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none;\">1r i 2n de SCOM<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none;\">1r de Batxillerat A i B i 2n de Batxillerat A,B<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none;\">Els 2 PFI&#8217;s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #4a4a4a; font-family: ieducaTypo, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">No han demanat fer vaga i per tant<strong>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-align: center !important;\">NO<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0poden fer-la: 1r Batxillerat C<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4a4a4a; font-family: ieducaTypo, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Recordem que el dret de fer\u00a0vaga\u00a0\u00e9s individual i que malgrat el grup classe hagi decidit donar suport a la\u00a0vaga,<strong>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-align: center !important;\">cada alumne i fam\u00edlia pot decidir si exerceix aquest dret i per tant si assisteix a classe o no,<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0sempre que el seu grup tingui la vaga autoritzada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4a4a4a; font-family: ieducaTypo, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Els alumnes de 3r ,4t d\u2019ESO\u00a0 i SCOM necessiten autoritzaci\u00f3 dels pares, mares o tutors legals per poder justificar aquesta falta com a\u00a0vaga, per tant s&#8217;haur\u00e0 de justificar als tutors\/es preferiblement a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;ieduca, en cas contrari constar\u00e0 com a falta no justificada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #4a4a4a; font-family: ieducaTypo, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-align: center !important;\"><strong>Les classes pels alumnes que assisteixin al centre es duran a terme amb\u00a0 normalitat<\/strong><\/span>.
