La grand\u00e0ria aparent de mercuri \u00e9s 200 vegades m\u00e9s petit que el del Sol, amb la qual cosa es va observar com un petit punt negre es despla\u00e7ava pel disc solar. Cal dir que el proper tr\u00e0nsit no ser\u00e0 fins el dia 13 de novembre de 2032.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tr%C3%A0nsit_(astronomia)\"><strong>tr\u00e0nsit<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;de Mercuri<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9s el pas del&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Planeta\">planeta<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mercuri_(planeta)\">Mercuri<\/a>&nbsp;per davant del&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sol\">Sol<\/a>, vist des de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Terra\">Terra<\/a>. Es produeix quan el Sol, Mercuri i la Terra es troben alineats i en\naqueix ordre. Si Mercuri i la Terra orbitaren en el mateix pla, veur\u00edem passar\nMercuri pel disc solar cada vegada que Mercuri aconsegueix la mateixa&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/w\/index.php?title=Longitud_helioc%C3%A8ntrica&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1\">longitud\nhelioc\u00e8ntrica<\/a>&nbsp;de la Terra, \u00e9s a dir, cada vegada que estigu\u00e9s\nen&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Conjunci%C3%B3_(astronomia)\">conjunci\u00f3 inferior<\/a>, i com el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Per%C3%ADode_orbital\">per\u00edode\nsin\u00f2dic<\/a>&nbsp;\u00e9s d&#8217;uns 116&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dia\">dies<\/a>&nbsp;ocorreria per terme mitj\u00e0 unes tres vegades per any. Per\u00f2 Mercuri es\nmou en un pla que forma 7\u00b0 amb l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ecl%C3%ADptica\">ecl\u00edptica<\/a>&nbsp;i, perqu\u00e8 aquest tr\u00e0nsit o pas es , ha d&#8217;estar prop dels&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Node_orbital\">nodes<\/a>&nbsp;de l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C3%92rbita\">\u00f2rbita<\/a>, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;estar en conjunci\u00f3 inferior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Terra travessa cada\nany la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/L%C3%ADnia_de_nodes\">l\u00ednia de nodes<\/a>&nbsp;de l&#8217;\u00f2rbita de Mercuri el 8-9 de maig i el 10-11 de novembre; si en\naqueixa data coincideix una conjunci\u00f3 inferior, hi haur\u00e0 pas. Hi ha una certa\nperiodicitat en aquests fen\u00f2mens, encara que obeeix a regles complexes. \u00c9s clar\nque ha de ser m\u00faltiple del per\u00edode sin\u00f2dic.
