Pr\u00e8via investigaci\u00f3 gastron\u00f2mica a partir de les receptes del segle I aC d&#8217;Apici, l&#8217;alumnat va cuinar diversos plats t\u00edpics de la Roma antiga (ISICIA MARINA, OVA ET GARVM, PVLLVS VARDANVS, MORETVM, MVSTACEI, TYROPATINA, etc) i despr\u00e9s els va poder degustar, mentre gaudia de la recitaci\u00f3 del poema XIII de Catul. En breu podreu visionar les v\u00eddeo-receptes que van elaborar mentre cuinaven.
