L&#8217;objectiu era despertar l&#8217;inter\u00e8s dels joves cap al consum de llegums i familiaritzar-se amb ells per mitj\u00e0 dels seus possibles usos culinaris.<\/p>\n<p>Des de l\u2019ICE de la UdL i el departament de Tecnologia d&#8217;Aliments del grau de Nutrici\u00f3 i Diet\u00e8tica humana de la Facultat de Medicina ens van proposar un taller que constava de dues parts, una te\u00f2rica on l\u2019alumnat va escoltar una xerrada informativa impartida per la professora Antonieta Barahona sobre el llegums: les seves caracter\u00edstiques, varietats, valor nutricional i incid\u00e8ncia en la salut.
