Aquest projecte promou la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 escolar entre estudiants del nostre centre i un centre de Turquia, Fran\u00e7a i It\u00e0lia fent pr\u00e0ctiques de laboratori i compartint-les amb llengua anglesa.<\/p>\n<p>De moment han comen\u00e7at els alumnes de 2nA i hi participaran els diferents grups de 2n d\u2019ESO al llarg del curs.<\/p>\n<p>En l\u2019\u00faltima sessi\u00f3 els alumnes van comprovar qu\u00e8 passava amb el color verd que dona la clorofil\u00b7la de les mongetes tendres quan les fem bullir amb bicarbonat i, per una altra banda, amb vinagre. El resultat \u00e9s espectacular&#8230; el medi \u00e0cid degrada la clorofil\u00b7la totalment i el medi b\u00e0sic n\u2019evita la seva degradaci\u00f3 deixant-les d\u2019un verd molt intens.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 van preparar gelatines de diferents tipus per la seg\u00fcent sessi\u00f3.
