Per poder realitzar correctament aquest tipus de salt han anat entrenat el salt amb corda llarga entrant pel costat bo, pel costat dolent(m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil), individualment, per parelles, fins a intentar saltar la doble corda. Alguns ja ho han aconseguit.
