{"id":2801,"date":"2017-03-01T17:13:06","date_gmt":"2017-03-01T16:13:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesguillembergueda\/?page_id=2801"},"modified":"2026-02-27T17:33:55","modified_gmt":"2026-02-27T16:33:55","slug":"convivencia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesguillembergueda\/projecte-educatiu\/convivencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Conviv\u00e8ncia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A l\u2019institut Guillem de Bergued\u00e0 \u00a0es porta a terme un gran projecte que \u00e9s el de Conviv\u00e8ncia\u00a0 en el que s\u2019inclouen altres projectes amb una s\u00e8rie d\u2019activitats que es concreten des de diferents assignatures, entre elles la de tutoria. El projecte de conviv\u00e8ncia\u00a0 \u00e9s interdisciplinari i no nom\u00e9s inclou als alumnes, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 als professors a l\u2019alumnat, a les fam\u00edlies i a l\u2019entorn. Amb aquest projecte es pret\u00e9n crear un clima acollidor al centre en el qual tots i cadascun dels alumnes, professors i personal que treballa al centre se senti b\u00e9 i respectat. En els objectius, valors i principis de l\u2019Institut Guillem de Bergued\u00e0\u00a0 es concreta que el centre vol ser un centre que promogui, mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019exemple, valors com l\u2019esfor\u00e7, la responsabilitat, el respecte, l\u2019autocontrol i la solidaritat. Per aix\u00f2 treballem per tal d\u2019educar als que seran els nous ciutadans com a persones respectuoses, solid\u00e0ries i responsables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A totes les assignatures es treballa el respecte envers els altres, valorant les difer\u00e8ncies com a caracter\u00edstiques pr\u00f2pies que ens enriqueixen. Aquestes difer\u00e8ncies poden\u00a0 ser d\u2019\u00e8tnia, de car\u00e0cter, de f\u00edsic, per estar gras o prim, per no vestir a la moda\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La conviv\u00e8ncia ha de fonamentar-se en l\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 de la diversitat, que \u00e9s el que fa que la conviv\u00e8ncia sigui possible, i alhora enriquidora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En aquest projecte se n\u2019inclouen d\u2019altres:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: OpenSansRegular, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\">El projecte d&#8217;<strong>Aquiproubullying<\/strong> \u00e9s un projecte impulsat per la Direcci\u00f3 General d&#8217;Atenci\u00f3 a la Fam\u00edlia i Comunitat Educativa, promou el benestar emocional de l\u2019alumnat, la implicaci\u00f3 individual i col\u00b7lectiva en la millora de la conviv\u00e8ncia, i la sensibilitzaci\u00f3 envers l\u2019assetjament escolar com a factors clau en la prevenci\u00f3. A banda, promou estrat\u00e8gies de detecci\u00f3 preventiva continuada, estructures de tipificaci\u00f3 i pautes en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019abordatge de situacions d\u2019assetjament i ciberassetjament escolar.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\"><b>Aprenentatge servei<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">: \u201cL&#8217;aprenentatge servei \u00e9s una proposta educativa que combina processos d&#8217;aprenentatge i de servei a la comunitat en un sol projecte en el qual els participants es formen tot treballant sobre necessitats reals de l&#8217;entorn amb l&#8217;objectiu de millorar-lo\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">i d\u2019aprendre.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\"> L\u2019aprenentatge servei es porta a terme al centre en diferents projectes i cursos. Alguns d\u2019ells s\u00f3n a 1r<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">i 2n<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">\u00a0d\u2019ESO,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">4rt d\u2019ESO<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">\u00a0a l\u2019Aula oberta\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">i als cicles formatius.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: OpenSansRegular, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Programa Henka<\/strong>:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">A<\/span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">mb un treball m\u00e9s personal\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">per treballar la resili\u00e8ncia des de l<\/span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">\u2019equilibri emocional i\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">el<\/span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">\u00a0creixement personal\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">de l\u2019alumnat<\/span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">, s\u2019estan fent una s\u00e8rie d\u2019activitats que tamb\u00e9 han de portar a una millora de la bona conviv\u00e8ncia al centre. Aquestes activitats es porten a terme a partir del programa Henka que es fa a primer i segon d\u2019ESO.
