L\u2019alumne nom\u00e9s podr\u00e0 accedir al centre amb una <strong>declaraci\u00f3 responsable<\/strong> que us podeu baixar del seg\u00fcent enlla\u00e7<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/CentresGestioAdministrativa\/A817.pdf\"><u>Per a fam\u00edlies<\/u><\/a> \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/CentresGestioAdministrativa\/A820.pdf\"><u>per a alumnes majors d\u2019edat<\/u><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El <strong>transport escolar<\/strong> no estar\u00e0 en funcionament<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Calendari:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Entre <strong>l\u20191 i el 4 de juny<\/strong> cal demanar <strong>cita pr\u00e8via<\/strong> al tutor\/a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mesures de seguretat: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per accedir a l\u2019institut cal complir els requisits que es demanen a la <strong>declaraci\u00f3 responsable<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Abs\u00e8ncia de simptomatologia compatible amb covid-19<\/li>\n<li>No haver estat positiu, no conviure ni haver estat en contacte durant els 14 dies anteriors amb persones positives<\/li>\n<li>Tenir les vacunes al dia<\/li>\n<li>Que l&#8217;alumne no presenti malalties cr\u00f2niques complexes (respirat\u00f2ries, card\u00edaques, diabetis, immunit\u00e0ries&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li>Les fam\u00edlies vigilaran l\u2019estat de salut dels seus fills i filles prenent-los la temperatura abans de sortir de casa si han de venir a l\u2019institut.<\/li>\n<li>Les entrades i sortides seran esglaonades. En les entrevistes presencials amb tutors nom\u00e9s podr\u00e0 venir un acompanyant.<\/li>\n<li>A l\u2019interior del centre, l&#8217;alumnat haur\u00e0 de mantenir una dist\u00e0ncia social de 2 metres i usar mascareta.
