Aquest consisteix en que, alumnes voluntaris dels cursos m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ats, comparteixen les seves experi\u00e8ncies i aix\u00ed guiar i ajudar als alumnes de 1r d&#8217;ESO en el seu inici a la secund\u00e0ria.<br \/>\nDespr\u00e9s de 10 sessions de formaci\u00f3, els alumnes de 1r de Batxillerat i 4t d&#8217;ESO, ja estan preparats per fer de padrins (o Xerpes) dels petits del centre. En el primer contacte, es van fer les presentacions, on cada parella s&#8217;explicava petites confid\u00e8ncies per comen\u00e7ar a agafar confian\u00e7a.
