{"id":4640,"date":"2017-08-29T17:31:50","date_gmt":"2017-08-29T15:31:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesgaudi\/?page_id=4640"},"modified":"2024-02-27T19:27:32","modified_gmt":"2024-02-27T18:27:32","slug":"fp-dual","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesgaudi\/fp-dual\/","title":{"rendered":"FP Dual"},"content":{"rendered":"<header class=\"entry-header\">\n<h1 class=\"entry-title\">QU\u00c8 \u00c9S LA DUAL INTENSIVA<\/h1>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>formaci\u00f3 dual<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s la modalitat de la formaci\u00f3 professional (FP) en la qual l\u2019estudiant esdev\u00e9 aprenent i combina la formaci\u00f3 en el centre educatiu amb l\u2019activitat productiva en l\u2019empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Amb l\u2019objectiu de donar resposta a les necessitats del mercat laboral, la formaci\u00f3 professional dual aposta per augmentar la col\u2022laboraci\u00f3 entre els centres de formaci\u00f3 professional i les empreses, en el proc\u00e9s formatiu de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<h4>Com funciona<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre el centre i l\u2019empresa es formalitza mitjan\u00e7ant un conveni de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Per a cada alumne s\u2019acorden les activitats formatives a desenvolupar en l\u2019empresa per completar la seva qualificaci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com l\u2019horari i el calendari.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019empresa acull l\u2019aprenent i li assigna un lloc de treball adient.<\/li>\n<li>El centre educatiu i l\u2019empresa designen els tutors que fan el seguiment dels alumnes aprenents.<\/li>\n<li>El seguiment i la valoraci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenent es fa de forma conjunta entre l\u2019empresa i el centre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Fases<\/h4>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>estada a l\u2019empresa<\/strong>\u00a0es divideix en\u00a0<strong>dues fases<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1a fase \u2013 Integraci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/strong>L\u2019alumne hi fa pr\u00e0ctiques i mentre s\u2019adapta al funcionament de l\u2019empresa.<\/p>\n<table width=\"778\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"104\"><strong>Relaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"140\"><strong>Durada<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"150\"><strong>Retribucions<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"377\"><strong>Seguretat social (SS)<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"104\">Dual general<\/td>\n<td width=\"140\">100 hores<\/td>\n<td width=\"150\">No remunerades<\/td>\n<td width=\"377\">Alta a la Seguretat Social: Pr\u00e0ctiques no retributives<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong>2a fase \u2013 Dues modalitats:<\/strong><\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 91.837%; height: 610px;\" width=\"682\">\n<tbody>\n<tr style=\"height: 32px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 32px;\" width=\"104\"><strong>Relaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"height: 32px;\" width=\"140\"><strong>Durada<\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"height: 32px;\" width=\"169\"><strong>Retribucions<\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"height: 32px;\" width=\"262\"><strong>Seguretat social (SS)<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 372px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 372px;\" width=\"104\"><strong>Opci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>1.
