\u00e9s la FCT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El m\u00f2dul de Formaci\u00f3 Pr\u00e0ctica en Centres de Treball (FCT) est\u00e0 concebut com el punt de trobada amb el m\u00f3n professional: \u00e9s el moment \u00a0en qu\u00e8 l\u2019alumnat pren contacte amb el m\u00f3n empresarial, que \u00e9s el destinatari de la seva formaci\u00f3, alhora que \u00e9s l\u2019espai privilegiat d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 i actualitzaci\u00f3 dels sabers que l&#8217;alumnat ha anat assolint fins llavors.<\/p>\n<p>Als cicles formatius que impartim al nostre centre la durada de la FCT (o pr\u00e0ctiques) \u00e9s de 383 hores organitzades en un temps de 4 hores di\u00e0ries i 20 de setmanals si es compaginen les pr\u00e0ctiques amb l\u2019activitat en el centre o b\u00e9 de 8 hores di\u00e0ries fins a un m\u00e0xim de 40 de setmanals si es\u00a0fan\u00a0de forma intensiva.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e8 comporten per a l&#8217;alumnat?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>El coneixement del m\u00f3n laboral i de l\u2019empresa.<\/li>\n<li>La possibilitat d\u2019estar en contacte amb la tecnologia m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ada.<\/li>\n<li>La compleci\u00f3 de la seva formaci\u00f3 professional, amb l\u2019objectiu de capacitar-se per a la incorporaci\u00f3 al m\u00f3n laboral.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019obtenci\u00f3 d\u2019una formaci\u00f3 adaptada a llocs de treball espec\u00edfics.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019acostament a la cultura d\u2019empresa.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019experi\u00e8ncia en el m\u00f3n laboral com a pas previ per a la primera ocupaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019inici del seu historial professional acreditat amb el quadern de pr\u00e0ctiques.<\/li>\n<li>La superaci\u00f3 del m\u00f2dul de formaci\u00f3 en centres de treball per a l\u2019alumnat d\u2019estudis postobligatoris.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qu\u00e8 li ofereix l&#8217;empresa?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Captar futur personal qualificat.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7laborar en la formaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n<li>Oferir a l\u2019alumnat l\u2019acc\u00e9s a la seva primera ocupaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Relacionar-se amb els centres educatius.<\/li>\n<li>No implica serveis retribu\u00efts ni vinculaci\u00f3 laboral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Normativa <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ORDRE ENS\/241\/2015, de 27 de juliol, per la qual es regula la formaci\u00f3 en centres de treball i els convenis de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb empreses i entitats (DOGC n\u00fam. 9628, de 5.08.2015).<\/li>\n<li>RESOLUCI\u00d3 de curs per la qual s\u2019aproven els documents per a l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i la gesti\u00f3 dels centres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RESOLUCI\u00d3 per la qual s\u2019aproven les instruccions de curs de la Direcci\u00f3 General de Formaci\u00f3 Professional
