T\u00e9 l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;ajudar a assolir resultats excel\u00b7lents de manera sostinguda, mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3, gesti\u00f3 i desenvolupament d&#8217;accions, tot aplicant diferents eines disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>El model e2cat ajuda a desenvolupar els principis de l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia, a trav\u00e9s de 6 eixos.<\/p>\n<p>Aplicant la l\u00f2gica REDAR, es sistematitza l\u2019actuaci\u00f3 que assegura la coher\u00e8ncia entre accions i resultats a llarg termini i que garanteix la satisfacci\u00f3 de totes les parts interessades. Per acreditar que s&#8217;\u00e9s un centre excel\u00b7lent, aquest s&#8217;autoavalua, realitza una mem\u00f2ria i, finalment, s&#8217;acredita amb un contrast dut a terme per membres d&#8217;empreses externes i del projecte de qualitat i millora cont\u00ednua.<\/p>\n<p>La proposta del model es basa en les accions seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Avaluar la situaci\u00f3 del centre, tenint en compte els principis de la gesti\u00f3 de l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia concretats en el model e2cat, sense perdre de vista el compliment de la normativa aplicable i el projecte educatiu del centre, com a marc de refer\u00e8ncia i objectiu a assolir.<br \/>\n&#8211; Determinar quins s\u00f3n els punts forts i les \u00e0rees de millora que t\u00e9 el centre, si vol assolir el projecte educatiu.<br \/>\n&#8211; Alinear les persones de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 en l\u2019assoliment d\u2019un projecte com\u00fa.<br \/>\n&#8211; Consensuar plans d\u2019acci\u00f3 que facilitin la prioritzaci\u00f3 dels recursos en funci\u00f3 dels objectius.<br \/>\n&#8211; Millorar els resultats en totes les \u00e0rees de gesti\u00f3, posant el focus especialment en els processos educatius.<br \/>\n&#8211; Disposar d\u2019informaci\u00f3 per redactar la mem\u00f2ria del centre i poder-la presentar externament, si aix\u00ed es decideix.<br \/>\n&#8211; Disposar d\u2019informaci\u00f3 objectiva i tangible per al reconeixement intern i extern de les persones i de la instituci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El curs 21-22, l&#8217;Institut Gallecs hem aconseguit ser el 32\u00e8 institut de tot Catalunya en estar acreditat en aquest model d&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia per entitats certificadores externes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesgallecs\/4-premi-32e-qualitat-i-millora-continua-3\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4513\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesgallecs\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1971\/2023\/02\/4.PREMI-32E-QUALITAT-I-MILLORA-CONTINUA.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"609\" height=\"259\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesgallecs\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1971\/2023\/02\/4.PREMI-32E-QUALITAT-I-MILLORA-CONTINUA.png 609w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesgallecs\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1971\/2023\/02\/4.PREMI-32E-QUALITAT-I-MILLORA-CONTINUA-300x128.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 609px) 100vw, 609px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El model e2cat de gesti\u00f3 de l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia \u00e9s un instrument especialment dissenyat per servir de refer\u00e8ncia en la gesti\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica dels centres educatius.
