{"id":27,"date":"2014-09-17T16:24:03","date_gmt":"2014-09-17T16:24:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesgallecs\/?page_id=27"},"modified":"2023-01-26T19:35:19","modified_gmt":"2023-01-26T18:35:19","slug":"historia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesgallecs\/linstitut\/historia\/","title":{"rendered":"Hist\u00f2ria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">L\u2019Institut Gallecs va iniciar les seves activitats docents com a IES-III a les instal\u00b7lacions provisionals de l\u2019actual Centre C\u00edvic L\u2019ERA, al carrer Cervantes de Mollet del Vall\u00e8s, al barri de la Plana Lled\u00f3. En un principi no tenia un nom definit, i per aquesta ra\u00f3 se l\u2019anomenava IES-III, perqu\u00e8 era el tercer Institut en funcionament a la ciutat de Mollet.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriorment es batej\u00e0 amb el nom d\u2019INS GALLECS, impartint ensenyaments de 1r i 2n curs de BUP i primer cicle d\u2019FP Administratiu. El seu Claustre estava format per uns 15 professors i professores. L\u2019alumnat havia d\u2019acabar els estudis de 3r de BUP i de COU traslladant-se a l\u2019antic Institut de Batxillerat Vicen\u00e7 Plantada (actual INS Vicen\u00e7 Plantada) i els estudis de segon cicle d\u2019FP a l\u2019Institut de Formaci\u00f3 Professional (actual INS Mollet). En total hi havia uns 5 grups amb uns 200 alumnes.<\/p>\n<p>Durant el curs 1996-97\u00a0 l\u2019INS GALLECS es va traslladar a les noves instal\u00b7lacions actuals, fruit de la construcci\u00f3 per part del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat d\u2019un gran centre nou, al davant de les Pistes d\u2019Atletisme i al final del Passeig de Cesc Bas, al barri de Can Borrell.<\/p>\n<p>El trasllat i la inauguraci\u00f3 de les noves instal\u00b7lacions van coincidir amb la redistribuci\u00f3 d\u2019ensenyaments professionals a la ciutat i la posada en funcionament de la Reforma Educativa i implantaci\u00f3 generalitzada de l\u2019ESO. El Claustre va fer un salt qualitatiu de 15 a 110 professors i professores, mentre que l\u2019alumnat superava el miler.<\/p>\n<p>En el nou edifici, l\u2019INS Gallecs imparteix ensenyaments d\u2019ESO, Batxillerats Cient\u00edfic, Tecnol\u00f2gic i d\u2019Humanitats, Cicles Formatius de Grau Mitj\u00e0 de Gesti\u00f3 Administrativa, Cures Auxiliars d\u2019Infermeria (CAI), Farm\u00e0cia i Parafarm\u00e0cia, Atenci\u00f3 a persones en situaci\u00f3 de depend\u00e8ncia i Cicles Formatius de Grau Superior d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Infantil, Integraci\u00f3 Social, Administraci\u00f3 i Finances, Documentaci\u00f3 Sanit\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p>Les bases del funcionament actual es van assentar en el per\u00edode 1997-2001, amb un model de gesti\u00f3 basat en la recerca d\u2019una cultura de centre i l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 general pedag\u00f2gica basada en una estructura horitzontal d\u2019Equips Docents i una estructura vertical de Departaments.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest model de funcionament es va consolidar en el per\u00edode 2001-05 amb una reestructuraci\u00f3 dels dissenys curriculars d\u2019ESO i Batxillerat, refor\u00e7ament de l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial, aposta decidida per potenciar les \u00e0rees instrumentals (matem\u00e0tiques i lleng\u00fces catalana i espanyola), estrat\u00e8gies d\u2019agrupament de l\u2019alumnat per ritmes i nivells d\u2019aprenentatge en l\u2019ensenyament obligatori, creaci\u00f3 de la borsa de treball i cr\u00e8dits espec\u00edfics de centre en la Formaci\u00f3 Professional, projectes d\u2019innovaci\u00f3, etc.<\/p>\n<p>La materialitzaci\u00f3 i assoliment d\u2019aquesta organitzaci\u00f3 i model pedag\u00f2gic han estat possibles\u00a0 per la implicaci\u00f3 i l\u2019esfor\u00e7 de tota la Comunitat Educativa (Professorat, AMPA, Personal d\u2019Administraci\u00f3 i Serveis PAS, administraci\u00f3 municipal i educativa) i sobretot d\u2019una majoria del Professorat del Claustre que ha donat suport a aquest model directiu participatiu.<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
