Es tracta d'un pla impulsat pel Departament d'Educaci\u00f3 amb l'objectiu de potenciar la comunicaci\u00f3 escrita i audiovisual, i de fomentar l\u00b4\u00fas de les eines digitals als centres d'ensenyament de Prim\u00e0ria i Secund\u00e0ria.
