El cicle de l&#8217;olivera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Gl\u00f2ria Mohedano i Gisela Alcon, professora i exprofessora del centre, van presentar el passat dimecres 15 de desembre, a la biblioteca Xavier Amor\u00f3s de Reus, el seu llibre <em>La cuina de Maria Poch Constant\u00ed. El cicle de l&#8217;olivera<\/em>, amb fotografies de Mateu Salvat. L&#8217;obra \u00e9s un relat marcat per les estacions de l&#8217;any, amb el cicle d&#8217;olivera com a fil conductor, i completat amb receptes que s&#8217;adapten al lloc, a la temporada i a les festes i les tradicions. Gisela ha escrit els textos i Gl\u00f2ria ha fet i ha presentat les receptes.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Com diuen a la contraportada: <em>La cuina de Maria Poch Constant\u00ed.
