L&#8217;activitat consta de dues parts: la primera es desenvolupa al Parc Ciclista del Llobregat, on els participants aprenen el funcionament b\u00e0sic de la bicicleta i com fer-hi petites reparacions, i participen en un circuit d&#8217;habilitats. A continuaci\u00f3, els participants fan un itinerari en bicicleta pel parc de la Fontsanta, on s&#8217;aturen en diferents llocs d&#8217;inter\u00e8s per tractar q\u00fcestions relacionades amb la mobilitat sostenible, la salut ambiental, la import\u00e0ncia del verd urb\u00e0, l&#8217;illa de calor, el canvi clim\u00e0tic, l&#8217;aigua, els residus, la biodiversitat, l&#8217;agricultura, la hist\u00f2ria i els canvis en el paisatge.
