{"id":13413,"date":"2022-03-16T12:40:23","date_gmt":"2022-03-16T11:40:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesgabrielamistral\/?p=13413"},"modified":"2023-06-25T10:40:34","modified_gmt":"2023-06-25T08:40:34","slug":"part-estrategica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesgabrielamistral\/general\/part-estrategica\/","title":{"rendered":"Part estrat\u00e8gica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Per a realitzar la part estrat\u00e8gica del pla d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia digital s&#8217;ha anat realitzant una s\u00e8rie de fases per poder confeccionar-la:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Diagnosi maduresa digital de centre:<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Per a realitzar la diagnosi de maduresa digital del centre s&#8217;han realitzar una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;enquesta a tots els membres de la comunitat educativa. Aquestes enquestes s&#8217;han realitzar mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;eina Selfie i formularis de Google. En aquest <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1UT4fBgVjJAmM3yduPGlyqZxTPGsxapiM\/view?usp=sharing\">document<\/a> es pot trobar l&#8217;informe que vam obtenir un cop realitzades les enquestes amb el Selfie.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mitjan\u00e7ant tots els resultats obtinguts vam confeccionar un <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/1vu0Puhf1PZ6GX69tdeCsDitxsypop6-P\/edit#slide=id.p1\">DAFO<\/a> per trobar punts forts, febres, oportunitats de millores i amenaces.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>2. Redacci\u00f3 dels objectius pla d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia digital:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>El objectius de l&#8217;EDC s&#8217;han elaborat respectant les \u00e0rees de treball de l&#8217;eina Selfie. A partir dels punts febles i forts s&#8217;han elaborat una s\u00e8rie d<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/e\/2PACX-1vQcEtG-lSCWrFMqMNmHh_rQaahS6_EOca5ZIQ3V5aycCFeoc9fipUWKC7B2TPhCGg\/pubhtml?gid=2018761650&amp;single=true\">&#8216;objectius estrat\u00e8gics ESO-BAT<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/e\/2PACX-1vQcEtG-lSCWrFMqMNmHh_rQaahS6_EOca5ZIQ3V5aycCFeoc9fipUWKC7B2TPhCGg\/pubhtml?gid=1853825374&amp;single=true\">FP<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>3. Planificaci\u00f3 dels objectius:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Un cop hem obtingut els objectius del pla d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia digital de centre hem realitzat una planificaci\u00f3 de les activitats. Aquesta planificaci\u00f3 la podeu trobar en el document del <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/e\/2PACX-1vQcEtG-lSCWrFMqMNmHh_rQaahS6_EOca5ZIQ3V5aycCFeoc9fipUWKC7B2TPhCGg\/pubhtml?gid=163998012&amp;single=true\">pla EDC<\/a> a l&#8217;apartat de temporitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>4. Avaluaci\u00f3 pla d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia digital:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La comissi\u00f3 d\u2019estrat\u00e8gia digital de centre, un cop elaborat el pla estrat\u00e8gic, es planteja la fase d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 en tres moments: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua, despr\u00e9s de la realitzaci\u00f3 de cada activitat; la fase anual, un cop acabat el curs i la fase final, un cop enllestida la implementaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia digital de centre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant l&#8217;etapa d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua, es far\u00e0 una revisi\u00f3, de forma trimestral,\u00a0 de la planificaci\u00f3 de les diferents activitats en el document de seguiment d\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1B6Dfq0_aYSNUCkj-EqLIOja_yFnS8cOz159soXTGLuE\/edit#gid=0\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">indicadors d&#8217;activitats<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> afegint les observacions que es considerin. Un cop finalitzi el curs escolar es realitzar\u00e0 la fase anual, on es recolliran els <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">indicadors d&#8217;activitats<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;aquest document i es far\u00e0 un an\u00e0lisi.
