{"id":75,"date":"2014-09-18T10:21:02","date_gmt":"2014-09-18T10:21:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesgabrielamistral\/?page_id=75"},"modified":"2025-11-04T00:27:37","modified_gmt":"2025-11-03T23:27:37","slug":"activitats-extraescolars","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesgabrielamistral\/serveis\/activitats-extraescolars\/","title":{"rendered":"Jove Aprenent"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol>\n<li><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00c9s un programa d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat i pret\u00e9n ser un recurs dedicat a un tipus d&#8217;alumnat que en moltes ocasions rebutja la metodologia pr\u00f2pia de la classe ordin\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> A qui va dirigit?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A alumnes que mostren un baix rendiment escolar, el projecte pret\u00e9n ser motivador mitjan\u00e7ant activitats de caire m\u00e9s manipulatiu i experimental.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Quines implicacions comporta?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La participaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumne en aquest projecte, implica l&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un comprom\u00eds amb el centre i amb els acords fets amb les empreses. Al mateix moment, l&#8217;alumne veu modificat el seu horari escolar el que fa imprescindible el vist i plau de les fam\u00edlies. Una vegada acceptat, l&#8217;horari al centre s&#8217;emmarca en 20 hores repartides de dilluns a dijous als matins i les 10 hores restants que es fan a les empreses.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Selecci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En la selecci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat, \u00e9s l&#8217;Equip Docent de tercer d&#8217;ESO, amb l&#8217;assessorament del professional de l&#8217;EAP i\/o psicopedagog i el vist i plau de l&#8217;Equip Directiu qui elabora el llistat d&#8217;aspirants. Es valora la idone\u00eftat de cada alumne envers al projecte esmentat i alhora ha de comptar amb la confian\u00e7a de la majoria de membres de l&#8217;Equip Docent (tenint en compte que aniran fora del centre a un entorn marcadament laboral)<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Objectius del PJA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Complementar els actuals Cr\u00e8dits Variables Prelaborals o Projectes amb unes estades d&#8217;aprenentatge dins les empreses.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitar a l&#8217;alumnat un itinerari formatiu orientat a una incorporaci\u00f3 al mercat laboral amb majors garanties d&#8217;\u00e8xit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Sectors implicats<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A nivell organitzatiu, el Jove Aprenents requereix de la intervenci\u00f3 de diferents entitats i estaments. Participen els tres instituts de Sant Vicen\u00e7, l&#8217;Ajuntament, i empreses locals, la qual cosa li d\u00f3na un cert caire de complexitat organitzativa per assegurar el seu \u00f2ptim funcionament i sostenibilitat en el temps.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Seguiment de l&#8217;alumne<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Per fer aquest seguiment des dels centres hi ha un tutor espec\u00edfic per empreses, a banda del tutor d&#8217;aula. Aquesta persona, juntament amb l&#8217;Equip Educatiu, \u00e9s l&#8217;encarregada d&#8217;elaborar l&#8217;itinerari de pr\u00e0ctiques de cada alumne de forma quadrimestral, supervisar les pr\u00e0ctiques de l&#8217;alumne i resoldre les incid\u00e8ncies que es puguin produir en l&#8217;estada de l&#8217;alumne a l&#8217;empresa.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> El PJA al centre<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Espec\u00edficament al nostre centre, aquest curs els alumnes de 4rt PJA formen part d&#8217;un projecte\/itinerari on el denominador com\u00fa i que vertebra totes les activitats \u00e9s el teatre. El projecte de teatre, podem dir que engloba el Programa de Diversificaci\u00f3 Curricular (PJA). Per\u00f2 no la interpretaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 el m\u00f3n que l&#8217; envolta.
