{"id":67,"date":"2014-09-18T10:14:18","date_gmt":"2014-09-18T10:14:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesgabrielamistral\/?page_id=67"},"modified":"2024-06-21T10:22:09","modified_gmt":"2024-06-21T08:22:09","slug":"acollida","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesgabrielamistral\/serveis-2\/acollida\/","title":{"rendered":"Mediaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"contentheading\">Mediaci\u00f3 de centre<\/h2>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">LA MEDIACI\u00d3 ESCOLAR<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La mediaci\u00f3 escolar \u00e9s un m\u00e8tode de resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes mitjan\u00e7ant la intervenci\u00f3 d&#8217;una tercera persona, amb formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica i imparcial, amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019ajudar les parts a obtenir per elles mateixes un acord satisfactori.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>La mediaci\u00f3 escolar es basa en els principis seg\u00fcents<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Voluntarietat de les persones implicades.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Imparcialitat de la persona mediadora.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Confidencialitat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Presencialitat. Les persones que prenen part en el proc\u00e9s de mediaci\u00f3 han d&#8217;assistir personalment a les reunions de mediaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>\u00c0mbit d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El proc\u00e9s de mediaci\u00f3 es pot utilitzar com a estrat\u00e8gia preventiva en la gesti\u00f3 de conflictes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Es pot oferir la mediaci\u00f3 en la resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes generats per conductes de l&#8217;alumnat contr\u00e0ries a les normes de conviv\u00e8ncia del centre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Proc\u00e9s:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La mediaci\u00f3 la pot demanar qualsevol alumne\/a del centre a trav\u00e9s de diferents vies:<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">*posant un paper de demanda de mediaci\u00f3 que l\u2019alumnat tindr\u00e0 a la seva disposici\u00f3 a les aules de grup classe, a la b\u00fastia de conviv\u00e8ncia,<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">*enviant un correu a<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i> convivencia@insgabrielamistral.cat<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">,<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">*dirigint-vos al\/ a la vostre\/a tutor\/a o orientador\/a,<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">*o dirigint-vos a l\u2019equip de conviv\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Un cop arribi la vostra demanda, l\u2019equip de conviv\u00e8ncia del centre educatiu us acollir\u00e0 per poder iniciar el proc\u00e9s de mediaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Us animem a fer servir aquest servei sempre que us faci falta!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mediaci\u00f3 de centre LA MEDIACI\u00d3 ESCOLAR La mediaci\u00f3 escolar \u00e9s un m\u00e8tode de resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes mitjan\u00e7ant la intervenci\u00f3 d&#8217;una tercera persona, amb formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica i imparcial, amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019ajudar les parts a obtenir per elles mateixes un acord satisfactori.
