Introducci\u00f3<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Projecte Educatiu de l\u2019Institut Front Mar\u00edtim defineix els fonaments, la identitat i les l\u00ednies mestres que guien la nostra tasca educadora. \u00c9s un document viu, en evoluci\u00f3 constant, que recull el comprom\u00eds de tota la comunitat educativa per oferir una formaci\u00f3 integral i de qualitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest projecte s&#8217;articula en tres eixos transversals: <\/span><b>la identitat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i <\/span><b>l&#8217;acci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, garantint la coher\u00e8ncia entre els valors del centre i la pr\u00e0ctica di\u00e0ria a l&#8217;aula.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>2. El nostre context: Un centre consolidat<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019Institut Front Mar\u00edtim va n\u00e9ixer l\u2019any 2007 i, des de llavors, ha viscut un proc\u00e9s de consolidaci\u00f3 que el situa com un centre de refer\u00e8ncia al barri del Poblenou.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Entorn i Alumnat:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Situat a la fa\u00e7ana mar\u00edtima de Barcelona, el centre acull una poblaci\u00f3 heterog\u00e8nia. Tenim un vincle estret amb les nostres escoles adscrites<\/span><b> La<\/b> <b>Mar Bella, L\u2019Arenal de Llevant, Fluvi\u00e0, Les Ac\u00e0cies i Joaquim Ruyra<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i som un punt de trobada per a fam\u00edlies que busquen un projecte educatiu p\u00fablic, comprom\u00e8s i innovador.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Comunitat Educativa:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Comptem amb una plantilla estable i un equip docent plural que treballa amb l&#8217;objectiu compartit de la millora cont\u00ednua.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Instal\u00b7lacions:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Disposem d&#8217;un edifici funcional, modern i equipat amb les infraestructures tecnol\u00f2giques necess\u00e0ries per respondre als reptes educatius del segle XXI.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>3. Plantejament Institucional<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>Missi\u00f3<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Empoderar, formar i orientar el nostre alumnat per tal que assoleixi les <\/span><b>compet\u00e8ncies clau<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> necess\u00e0ries per al seu desenvolupament personal i professional.
