{"id":1777,"date":"2023-05-22T08:49:03","date_gmt":"2023-05-22T06:49:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesfrontmaritim\/?page_id=1777"},"modified":"2023-05-22T08:50:51","modified_gmt":"2023-05-22T06:50:51","slug":"tutoria-entre-iguals","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesfrontmaritim\/tutoria-entre-iguals\/","title":{"rendered":"Tutoria entre iguals  &#8220;programa TEI&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>\u00bfQu\u00e8 \u00e9s?:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Una estrat\u00e8gia educativa per a la conviv\u00e8ncia escolar, dissenyada inicialment com a una\u00a0 mesura pr\u00e0ctica contra la viol\u00e8ncia i l\u2019assetjament escolar, t\u00e9 un car\u00e0cter institucional, i\u00a0 implica a tota la comunitat educativa. \u00c9s un recurs important en el proc\u00e9s de participaci\u00f3,\u00a0 conscienciaci\u00f3, prevenci\u00f3 i desenvolupament de programes d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 sobre\u00a0 conviv\u00e8ncia en el centre educatiu. Pot adaptar-se com una mesura contra la desmotivaci\u00f3\u00a0 i el frac\u00e0s, no \u00fanicament curricular, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 personal i social.<\/p>\n<p><b>Objectius:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitar el proc\u00e9s d\u2019integraci\u00f3 dels nous alumnes (primer d\u2019ESO) al centre educatiu.\u00a0\u2022\u00a0Tenir un referent, (tutor-a) alumnes de segon cicle de secund\u00e0ria per afavorir la integraci\u00f3, l\u2019autoestima i reduir els nivells d\u2019inseguretat propis d\u2019espais i organitzacions\u00a0 desconegudes.<\/li>\n<li>Compensar el desequilibri de poder i de forces, sempre presents a l\u2019assetjament, entre\u00a0 agressor i v\u00edctima, des d\u2019una perspectiva preventiva i disuass\u00f2ria.<\/li>\n<li>Cohesionar la comunitat educativa del centre i integrar i desenvolupar la Toler\u00e0ncia Zero\u00a0 com un tret d\u2019identitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Implicacions:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implicaci\u00f3 institucional del centre ( Pol\u00edtiques i recursos)<\/li>\n<li>Implicaci\u00f3 organitzativa ( RRI i PAC)<\/li>\n<li>Implicaci\u00f3 de tutors \u2013optatiu- ( segon cicle d\u2019ESO)<\/li>\n<li>Implicaci\u00f3 d\u2019alumnes tutoritzats ( primer cicle d\u2019ESO)<\/li>\n<li>Implicaci\u00f3 de professorat ( com a m\u00ednim els tutors)<\/li>\n<li>Implicaci\u00f3 dels pares i mares ( com a m\u00ednim els de primer cicle d\u2019ESO)<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9s necess\u00e0ria una coordinaci\u00f3 ( Psic\u00f2leg del centre o Equip directiu)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Caracter\u00edstiques i desenvolupament:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Els alumnes de tercer d\u2019ESO son tutors de -forma volunt\u00e0ria-, dels alumnes que acaben d\u2019arribar\u00a0 al centre.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019assignaci\u00f3 de tutors i autoritzats s\u2019assigna per part dels professors tenint en compte\u00a0 les caracter\u00edstiques dels alumnes de tercer i els informes dels alumnes de primer (trasp\u00e0s d\u2019informaci\u00f3 de prim\u00e0ria a secund\u00e0ria)<\/li>\n<li>Durant la primera setmana de classe els alumnes tutors reben una formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica\u00a0 per part del coordinador del programa sobre les caracter\u00edstiques generals de la seva\u00a0 tutoria i la relaci\u00f3 que tenen sobre la conviv\u00e8ncia i l\u2019assetjament escolar.<\/li>\n<li>A nivell institucional del centre educatiu:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>o\u00a0<\/b>Incl\u00f2s en les pol\u00edtiques del Centre ( PEC, PCC)<\/p>\n<p><b>o\u00a0<\/b>Incl\u00f2s en els instruments de gesti\u00f3 de car\u00e0cter operatiu ( RRI, PAC i\u00a0<b>normes de\u00a0 conviv\u00e8ncia).\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>o\u00a0<\/b>Facilitar els recursos necessaris: RRHH, econ\u00f2mics i organitzatius (espai i temps)\u00a0<b>o\u00a0<\/b>S\u00b4ha de contemplar que les tutories de 1er i 3er es facin en la mateixa franja\u00a0 hor\u00e0ria, habilitar espais i horari del professorat.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Informaci\u00f3 i consentiment dels pares sobre la tutoritzaci\u00f3 del seu fill-a\u00a0\u2022\u00a0Reunions tutories entre iguals:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>o\u00a0<\/b>Formals:<\/p>\n<p>\u25aa\u00a0Entre alumnes, una o dues vegades al trimestre si s\u2019escau.<\/p>\n<p>\u25aa\u00a0Tutors i coordinador, una vegada al trimestre, depenen de la planificaci\u00f3\u00a0 del projecte i del centre, sempre que sigui necessari davant d\u2019una situaci\u00f3\u00a0 de conflicte.<\/p>\n<p>\u25aa\u00a0Amb els pares i mares del alumnat, a les reunions d\u2019inici de curs.<\/p>\n<p><b>o\u00a0<\/b>Informals:<\/p>\n<p>\u25aa\u00a0\u00c9s l\u2019aspecte m\u00e9s important del projecte. En els espais i temps no lectius (\u00a0 patis, entrades , sortides, passadissos, canvis de classe\u2026). S\u00f3n les m\u00e9s\u00a0 efectives i la base del projecte.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les tutories estan incloses al curr\u00edculum del alumne de segon cicle de secund\u00e0ria.\u00a0<b>o\u00a0<\/b>Treball de mem\u00f2ria ( per trimestre)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>o\u00a0<\/b>Acte institucional de nomenament de tutor<\/p>\n<p><b>o\u00a0<\/b>Diploma del centre educatiu sobre la feina de tutor
