\"\"<\/a>El Pla d’Esport<\/a> \u00e9s un projecte creat per la Generalitat de Catalunya mitjan\u00e7ant la Secretaria General de l’Esport. Est\u00e0 adre\u00e7at principalment a incrementar la participaci\u00f3 dels infants i joves en activitats f\u00edsiques i esportives en horari no lectiu en el mateix centre educatiu i, alhora, emprar aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques per a la difusi\u00f3 i educaci\u00f3 en valors i per a l’adquisici\u00f3 d’h\u00e0bits saludables.<\/p>\n

Per aquest motiu, des de fa uns anys els instituts p\u00fablics de Palafrugell porten a terme aquest projecte\u00a0conjunt.<\/p>\n

Les activitats que us oferim aquest curs s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n

Dilluns<\/h5>\n

Tennis<\/strong>\u00a016:00 a 17:00h (Club tennis Llafranc)\u00a0(75\u20ac\/anual)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dimarts<\/h5>\n

Korfball<\/strong>\u00a016:00-17:00 (INS Baix Empord\u00e0)\u00a0Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el Korfaball?<\/strong> \u00c9s un esport que es juga amb les mans dins d\u2019un terreny de joc rectangular on dos equips mixtos tenen com a objectiu ficar una pilota dins de la cistella (\u201ckorf\u201d) de l’equip contrari. Les principals caracter\u00edstiques d\u2019aquest esport engloba habilitats polivalents, joc cooperatiu, contacte f\u00edsic controlat, igualtat de g\u00e8nere, dret a la possessi\u00f3 de pilota protegida i poder anotar des de 360\u00b0 al voltant del korf. Aqu\u00ed us en deixem un v\u00eddeo<\/a>\u00a0(75\u20ac\/anual)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nataci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a016:00 a 17:00 (Piscina Municipal de Palafrugell) (90\u20ac\/anual)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Divendres<\/h5>\n

Trobades +15.<\/strong> Aquesta activitat va dirigida als grans del centre que tenen ganes de fer diferents activitats. No especifiquem hora perqu\u00e8 degut a l’activitat que facin aquella setmana amb el monitor decidiran lloc i hora. (75\u20ac\/anual)<\/strong><\/p>\n
