Per aix\u00f2, a primer trimestre, vam estar aprenent com respon el nostre organisme amb l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica. Al segon, vam reprendre l&#8217;activitat que es va fer i es fa a 4t d&#8217;ESO, per\u00f2 aquesta vegada, elles i ells es van convertir en els monitors\/es de les activitats dirigides saludables (Gap, <\/span><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\" style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Tai-txi<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\" style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Flow<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\" style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Step<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\" style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Core<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">, Aer\u00f2bic,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\" style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Tbc<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\" style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Body<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\" style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Pump<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">, Body Combat, <\/span><span class=\"hiddenSpellError\" style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Zumba, Ioga<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">&#8230;) <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1UQHkcCxvjVAz-mOtVUdyNjgmojPCu8Aj\/view?usp=sharing\">AQU\u00cd<\/a> teniu un v\u00eddeo resum de les activitats. Al darrer trimestre per tancar el bloc d&#8217;expressi\u00f3 corporal, han realitzat unes coreografies lliures de ball. N&#8217;hi ha hagut de diferents g\u00e8neres. Us en deixo una en <\/span><a style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1Sr0MFR20kxcPJVlcsqP_3fxEtS_Zmk82\/view?usp=sharing\">PRIM\u00cdCIA<\/a>,<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"> per les altres haureu d&#8217;esperar (?). Des d&#8217;aqu\u00ed felicitar-los a totes i tots per la seva feina i esfor\u00e7 i desitjar-los una vida plena d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica saludable \ud83d\ude09<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
