Durant el mat\u00ed van realitzar quatres activitats: Cycling, P\u00e0del, Zumba i Urbanfit. Totes elles\u00a0 dirigides per 4 monitors molt din\u00e0mics. Amb aquesta experi\u00e8ncia els alumnes van aprendre la import\u00e0ncia de l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica pel bon funcionament del seu cos tant f\u00edsic com mental. Per tant, si us agrada l&#8217;esport marqueu-vos un objectiu!
