Tamb\u00e9 han pogut comprovar com afecten diferents factors a la velocitat de reacci\u00f3. Per \u00faltim van fer una valoraci\u00f3 \u00e0cid-base per determinar, posteriorment, el grau d&#8217;acidesa d&#8217;un vinagre de poma.
