L&#8217;activitat fomenta la comunicaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 dels sentiments sense vergonya i amb asertivitat. Treballa l&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 del nostre propi cos i de la nostra individualitat, sempre respectant la dels altres.
