Volem que sigui un <strong>pont de di\u00e0leg<\/strong> entre les fam\u00edlies i l\u2019institut, sense oblidar els canals de qu\u00e8 ja disposem: l\u2019AMPA i el Consell Escolar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funcions dels delegats\/des de pares i mares<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Representar<\/strong> les mares i els pares de l\u2019alumnat de la classe, recollint les seves inquietuds, interessos i expectatives. Pot ser l\u2019enlla\u00e7 entre l\u2019AMPA, el centre, el tutor\/a i la fam\u00edlia fent fluir informaci\u00f3 cap a qualsevol d\u2019ells. Per facilitar aquesta comunicaci\u00f3 amb les fam\u00edlies, el delegat\/da disposar\u00e0 d\u2019un llistat amb les adreces de correu electr\u00f2nic i els tel\u00e8fons d\u2019aquelles fam\u00edlies que aix\u00ed ho autoritzin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Implicar les fam\u00edlies<\/strong> en la millora de la conviv\u00e8ncia i de l\u2019activitat docent a classe i integrar-les en la din\u00e0mica del centre (reunions, festes, actes, tallers, xerrades, activitats&#8230;), col\u00b7laborant estretament amb els pares i mares de la Junta de l\u2019AMPA en l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3.<a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesfmompou\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu653\/2017\/07\/IMG_9821.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2129 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesfmompou\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu653\/2017\/07\/IMG_9821-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9821\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesfmompou\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu653\/2017\/07\/IMG_9821-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesfmompou\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu653\/2017\/07\/IMG_9821-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesfmompou\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu653\/2017\/07\/IMG_9821-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesfmompou\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu653\/2017\/07\/IMG_9821-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Facilitar la relaci\u00f3<\/strong> entre fam\u00edlia, AMPA, consell escolar, coordinadora de cicle i equip directiu. De vegades es produeixen situacions que transcendeixen el nivell classe, afectant a diversos grups o al centre en el seu conjunt. En funci\u00f3 del que estigui succeint se n\u2019ha d\u2019informar l\u2019AMPA, l\u2019equip directiu o el consell escolar per tractar l\u2019assumpte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assistir a les reunions<\/strong> de delegats de pares i mares que es convoquin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Als delegats\/des de pares i mares <strong>NO els correspon<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Intervenir en temes individuals<\/strong> d\u2019un alumne i\/o la seva fam\u00edlia amb el tutor o qualsevol membre del professorat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Intervenir en q\u00fcestions pedag\u00f2giques<\/strong>, que corresponen als professionals de l\u2019educaci\u00f3, i que en tot cas seran tractades en Consell Escolar si escau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Gesti\u00f3 dels delegats\/des de pares i mares<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019interlocutor del delegat a l\u2019institut \u00e9s cada <strong>tutor\/a, la coordinadora de cicle, l\u2019equip directiu i la junta de l\u2019AMPA.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Calendari<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Setembre \/ octubre<\/strong>: Elecci\u00f3 de delegats. Es far\u00e0 a la reuni\u00f3 que cada tutor\/a mant\u00e9, a principi de curs, amb les fam\u00edlies de l\u2019alumnat del seu grup.<\/li>\n<li>Durant el curs escolar: Reunions dels delegats amb la junta de l\u2019AMPA, la coordinadora de cicle i l\u2019equip directiu. Se\u2019n far\u00e0 un m\u00ednim de dues al llarg del curs escolar:\n<ul>\n<li>Al <strong>novembre<\/strong>: presentaci\u00f3 de delegats i definici\u00f3 del pla de treball del curs.<\/li>\n<li>Al <strong>juny<\/strong>: avaluaci\u00f3 i presentaci\u00f3 de propostes per al curs vinent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
