Vam fer &#8220;barca de rems&#8221; en grups de 4\/5, en qu\u00e8 la coordinaci\u00f3 i el treball en equip asseguraven avan\u00e7ar o com a m\u00ednim moure&#8217;s una mica o fer voltes si cadasc\u00fa remava al seu aire ;). Van fer mini curses i unes guerres d&#8217;aigua improvisades i molt divertides. Alguns i algunes avui estaven esllomats\/des de l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 de remar. Recordeu jovent: no es diu &#8220;Agulletes&#8221; ni &#8220;Tiretes&#8221;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>La segona activitat, consistia en un circuit d&#8217;inflables que est\u00e0 surant sobre l&#8217;aigua, on havies de caminar, fer equilibris, salts, escalar, reptar, c\u00f3rrer&#8230;si relliscaves, queies a l&#8217;aigua i et refrescaves.<\/p>\n<p>Salut i esport per a tothom!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aqu\u00ed teniu unes imatges de la jornada!!
