{"id":16131,"date":"2026-05-12T10:41:14","date_gmt":"2026-05-12T08:41:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesfmompou\/?p=16131"},"modified":"2026-05-12T10:49:30","modified_gmt":"2026-05-12T08:49:30","slug":"manifest-per-a-la-defensa-de-leducacio-publica-catalana-de-linstitut-frederic-mompou","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesfmompou\/general\/manifest-per-a-la-defensa-de-leducacio-publica-catalana-de-linstitut-frederic-mompou\/","title":{"rendered":"MANIFEST PER A LA DEFENSA DE L\u2019EDUCACI\u00d3 P\u00daBLICA CATALANA DE L\u2019INSTITUT FREDERIC MOMPOU"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Davant la inacci\u00f3 del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 a les peticions fetes pel col\u00b7lectiu docent i la seva presa de decisions pactada amb sindicats minoritaris (que representen nom\u00e9s un <\/em><em>18,4% dels docents catalans<\/em><em>) i sense tenir en compte la majoria, el professorat de l\u2019Institut Frederic Mompou vol fer p\u00fablica la seva preocupaci\u00f3 per la situaci\u00f3 actual del sistema educatiu i per les condicions en qu\u00e8 es desenvolupa la tasca docent.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>La qualitat de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 del nostre alumnat dep\u00e8n, sobre manera, dels recursos proporcionats pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i de les condicions en qu\u00e8 ens veiem obligats a desenvolupar l\u2019activitat als centres educatius. Les r\u00e0tios elevades dificulten una atenci\u00f3 realment personalitzada. Amb menys alumnes per grup, el professorat pot fer un seguiment m\u00e9s proper, detectar dificultats amb m\u00e9s rapidesa i potenciar millor les capacitats de cadasc\u00fa. Aix\u00f2 es tradueix en un aprenentatge m\u00e9s s\u00f2lid, m\u00e9s participaci\u00f3 i un clima d\u2019aula m\u00e9s favorable.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Aix\u00ed doncs, creiem necessari <\/em><strong><em>reduir les r\u00e0tios i ampliar les plantilles<\/em><\/strong><em> de tot el personal educatiu: al nostre institut tenim grups de 30-35 alumnes i aix\u00ed no es pot garantir la qualitat educativa ni l\u2019atenci\u00f3 personalitzada.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>De la mateixa manera, disposar de m\u00e9s recursos humans i materials permet atendre millor la diversitat, refor\u00e7ar l\u2019alumnat que ho necessita i oferir m\u00e9s oportunitats de creixement per a tothom. Els recursos humans i materials per tractar les necessitats diverses de l\u2019alumnat s\u00f3n estructuralment insuficients i la seva car\u00e8ncia malmet el desenvolupament acad\u00e8mic i el benestar personal de la totalitat de l\u2019alumnat. <\/em>S\u2019ha de posar<strong> fi a la precarietat de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 inclusiva.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>D\u2019altra banda, en els darrers anys, l\u2019augment sostingut de la c\u00e0rrega burocr\u00e0tica ha anat en detriment del temps disponible per a la preparaci\u00f3 de classes, l\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa i el seguiment individualitzat de l\u2019alumnat. Reclamem una<\/em><strong><em> reducci\u00f3 dr\u00e0stica d\u2019aquestes tasques burocr\u00e0tiques totalment innecess\u00e0ries<\/em><\/strong><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Tamb\u00e9 cal posar de manifest que en molts centres educatius es treballa en condicions que no s\u00f3n adequades. Hi ha edificis amb mancances importants de manteniment i espais on, tant a l\u2019hivern com a l\u2019estiu, les temperatures no sempre respecten els m\u00ednims i m\u00e0xims establerts per la normativa de prevenci\u00f3 de riscos laborals. Aquestes condicions afecten tant el benestar de l\u2019alumnat com el del professorat i interfereixen directament en el desenvolupament normal de l\u2019activitat educativa.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tot plegat<em>, reclamem <\/em><strong><em>que es compleixi la inversi\u00f3 m\u00ednima del 6% del PIB en educaci\u00f3<\/em><\/strong><em> que estableix la normativa vigent, ja que el pressupost actual destinat a Educaci\u00f3 (del 4%) continua sent molt inferior al que seria necessari per garantir un sistema educatiu p\u00fablic de qualitat.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Durant anys, els equips docents hem assumit amb responsabilitat i comprom\u00eds moltes de les mancances del sistema, sovint dedicant-hi temps personal i familiar per garantir el millor acompanyament possible a l\u2019alumnat. Tanmateix, considerem que aquesta situaci\u00f3 no pot continuar sostenint-se a costa de la disponibilitat, la conciliaci\u00f3 i la salut dels professionals. A sobre, en els \u00faltims 15 anys, els docents hem perdut un 20% del poder adquisitiu, i per aix\u00f2 <\/em><strong><em>reclamem un augment salarial real<\/em><\/strong><em>. All\u00f2 que sovint s\u2019anomena \u201cvocaci\u00f3\u201d no pot servir per justificar una sobrec\u00e0rrega permanent ni unes condicions de treball insuficients.<\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, <\/em><strong><em>volem mostrar el nostre rebuig al pla pilot<\/em><\/strong><em> aprovat pel Govern de la Generalitat de Catalunya a trav\u00e9s del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 <\/em><strong><em>que estableix la pres\u00e8ncia de Mossos d\u2019Esquadra<\/em><\/strong><em> <\/em><strong><em>de pais\u00e0 a 13 centres educatius de Catalunya<\/em><\/strong><em>. En un moment com aquest, de crispaci\u00f3 i lluita per a la millora de les condicions de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica catalana, no podem permetre que el Departament desvi\u00ef recursos i que els docents siguin fiscalitzats per la policia. No necessitem control i vigil\u00e0ncia a les nostres aules, necessitem <\/em><em>educar en llibertat, amb recursos i dignitat<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Per tot aix\u00f2, creiem necessari reivindicar m\u00e9s recursos, una reducci\u00f3 de r\u00e0tios, unes condicions laborals i materials dignes i el compliment del finan\u00e7ament educatiu que marca la llei. S\u00f3n mesures directes per millorar el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge de l\u2019alumnat i per garantir una educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica de qualitat i equitativa per a tothom.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Demanem la comprensi\u00f3, el suport i el comprom\u00eds de les fam\u00edlies i de tota la comunitat educativa en la defensa d\u2019un sistema educatiu
