Aquest retrovirus continua provocant una malaltia infecciosa global, amb milions d&#8217;infectats al m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Durant el taller vam reproduir alguns dels protocols de laboratori que fan servir els investigadors de IRSI Caixa, per identificar una prote\u00efna candidata per preparar una vacuna pel VIH. En petits grups van procedir a la preparaci\u00f3 de les mostres d&#8217;ADN, digesti\u00f3 amb enzims de restricci\u00f3, electroforesi i tinci\u00f3 del gel d&#8217;agarosa, per veure i interpretar els resultats obtinguts. Aquest\u00a0 primer contacte amb el material especialitzat dels laboratoris de biotecnologia, com les micropipetes o les centrifugadores, ens ha servit per apropar-nos a la recerca d&#8217;una manera
