L\u2019institut Frederic Mompou forma part del microconsorci CETE+, que engloba diferents grups de treball de tem\u00e0tiques diverses, i aquest curs donem per finalitzada la nostra participaci\u00f3 en el per\u00edode <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2022-2023 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">amb una darrera mobilitat de professorat a Fran\u00e7a.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aix\u00ed doncs, les docents han pogut gaudir d\u2019una estada en un institut franc\u00e8s en qu\u00e8 han fet <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">job shadowing<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00e9s a dir, han participat del dia a dia del centre d\u2019acollida per veure com s\u2019hi treballa, com s\u2019organitza i altres aspectes de la realitat educativa. L\u2019objectiu \u00faltim \u00e9s poder exportar propostes de millora al nostre institut i establir un vincle per a possibles futures col\u00b7laboracions entre els dos instituts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant aquests dos dies a Mont-de-Marsan les docents han visitat les instal\u00b7lacions, han fet observacions d\u2019aula de l\u2019\u00e0mbit que els \u00e9s propi (llengua materna, primera llengua estrangera i segona llengua estrangera) i han participat en un seguit de reunions per aprofundir en els punts de contacte i de diverg\u00e8ncia del sistema d\u2019acollida i per assentar les bases per a continuar la relaci\u00f3 entre els instituts <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i provar d\u2019organitzar un intercanvi amb participaci\u00f3 d\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3 podeu veure algunes fotografies d\u2019aquesta darrera mobilitat en qu\u00e8 ha
