L&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;aquest projecte \u00e9s aplicar el m\u00e8tode cient\u00edfic al laboratori animant als alumnes a plantejar-se preguntes, hip\u00f2tesis i dissenyar els seus propis experiments.<\/p>\n<p>Hem aprofitat que a classe hem estudiat els fonaments de la Biotecnologia per investigar quines aplicacions tenen els llevats en la nostra societat. A partir d&#8217;aqu\u00ed hem descobert que aquests fongs microsc\u00f2pics s\u00f3n els responsables de realitzar la fermentaci\u00f3 alcoh\u00f2lica i ens hem plantejat quines s\u00f3n les variables que poden afectar a aquesta reacci\u00f3 qu\u00edmica.
