Aix\u00ed mateix, ens va recordar que aquesta revoluci\u00f3 en l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 ja s&#8217;havia produ\u00eft a principis del segle XX (Maria Montessori, Ovide Decroly, Celestin Freinet), i que nom\u00e9s els r\u00e8gims totalitaris la van poder aturar. La sessi\u00f3 va generar un debat interessant dins del claustre de professors, amb moltes preguntes a la ponent al final de la sessi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta formaci\u00f3 tindr\u00e0 continu\u00eftat durant el mes de juny, amb tres sessions m\u00e9s. Aix\u00ed mateix, el professorat que segueixi tota la formaci\u00f3 ha pres el comprom\u00eds d&#8217;experimentar algun aspecte del treball per projectes durant el curs 2017-18. La seva principal aportaci\u00f3 \u00e9s que el cervell necessita emocionar-se per aprendre. Des de fa alguns anys no hi ha cap idea innovadora que no tingui en compte aquest principi.<\/p>\n<p>El treball per projectes t\u00e9 de fons la seg\u00fcent idea: aprenem a partir de la viv\u00e8ncia compartida. No \u00e9s ni una metodologia de treball a l\u2019aula, ni una aplicaci\u00f3 did\u00e0ctica; t\u00e9 m\u00e9s a veure amb una manera d\u2019entendre l\u2019aprenentatge. Algunes de les caracter\u00edstiques del treball per projectes:<\/p>\n<p>1. El treball per projectes \u00e9s una empresa col\u00b7lectiva gestionada pel grup classe. L\u2019ensenyant gestiona per\u00f2 no decideix sol.<\/p>\n<p>2. S\u2019orienta cap a una producci\u00f3 concreta en sentit ampli. Text, diari, espectacle, exposici\u00f3, maqueta, mapa, experi\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica, dansa, can\u00e7\u00f3, creaci\u00f3 art\u00edstica, festa, enquesta, sortida, manifestaci\u00f3 esportiva, concurs, joc, producci\u00f3 audiovisual&#8230; Cal definir aquesta producci\u00f3 a l\u2019inici del treball.<\/p>\n<p>3. Indueix un conjunt de tasques diverses en les quals tots els alumnes poden implicar-se i fer un paper actiu que pot variar d\u2019acord amb els seus mitjans i els seus interessos.<\/p>\n<p>4. Suscita l\u2019aprenentatge de sabers i sabers fer, saber escoltar, formular propostes, negociar compromisos, prendre decisions i atenir-s\u2019hi, oferir i demanar ajuda, compartir preocupacions i sabers, repartir tasques i coordinar-les, avaluar en com\u00fa l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i els progressos del treball, gestionar tensions i problemes d\u2019equitat, de reconeixement&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>5. Afavoreix al mateix temps uns aprenentatges identificables que figuren en el curr\u00edculum d\u2019una o algunes disciplines. Treballar per projectes no vol dir oblidar el curr\u00edculum. \u00c9s entendre\u2019l d\u2019una altra manera.<\/p>\n<p>Per tot plegat ens cal repensar el paper del mestre.
