{"id":2652,"date":"2019-03-04T09:11:36","date_gmt":"2019-03-04T08:11:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesesteveterradas\/?p=2652"},"modified":"2019-03-04T09:12:14","modified_gmt":"2019-03-04T08:12:14","slug":"treball-en-equip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesesteveterradas\/portada\/treball-en-equip\/","title":{"rendered":"Treball en equip"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El passat dia 1 de febrer el grup de segon d\u2019Assist\u00e8ncia a la Direcci\u00f3 vam organitzar una actuaci\u00f3\u00a0com activitat de classe\u00a0\u00a0(&#8220;ET_Lo mejor de lo peor&#8221;),\u00a0on hav\u00edem de demostrar que sab\u00edem treballar en equip per a superar la UF1 (Coordinaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 d&#8217;equips de treball) del m\u00f2dul Organitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019esdeveniments empresarials.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver\u00a0\u00a0fet tres intents de projecte, al final vam poder posar-nos d\u2019acord en decidir un tema. Vam crear un grup de whatsapp per poder tenir comunicaci\u00f3 tots junts en qualsevol moment sense necessitat d\u2019estar a classe i poder avan\u00e7ar el treball.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Inicialment havia components de l\u2019equip poc inclinats a establir unes normes de conducta de treball, per\u00f2 \u00e9s cert que despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver viscut una situaci\u00f3 dif\u00edcil i conflictiva, es va veure clarament la necessitat d\u2019aquestes normes, tan senzilles com principalment: atenci\u00f3 a les intervencions de les idees dels companys, el respecte al torn de paraula, no fer grups de xerrades externes al treball sobre ell, acceptaci\u00f3 del resultat de les votacions de l\u2019equip sobre les temes del treball i sobre tot, treballar coordinats.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En conclusi\u00f3, encara que els principis van ser dif\u00edcils, podem dir que al final, amb l\u2019ajut\u00a0\u00a0de les 5C: comunicaci\u00f3, comprom\u00eds, confian\u00e7a, complementarietat i coordinaci\u00f3, vam fer un treball excel\u00b7lent.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Gr\u00e0cies a les 5c vam arribar a aconseguir el que ens hav\u00edem proposat: un treball en equip perfecte, prova superada!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a
