S\u2019han preguntat: Quins factors afecten l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 del iogurt? Diversos grups d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 han comprovat si la temperatura de fermentaci\u00f3, el % de greix de la llet, la dosi inicial de iogurt, el % de sucre inicial o el tipus de \u201cllet\u201d vegetal eren determinants en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de iogurt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les seves conclusions han estat que la temperatura de fermentaci\u00f3 i la dosi inicial de iogurt s\u00f3n els factors clau per tal que la llet es transformi en iogurt. Finalment, han comunicat totes les fases del proc\u00e9s d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 en un informe de laboratori.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ara b\u00e9\u2026 podem afirmar que la causa que es faci el iogurt s\u00f3n els bacteris que cont\u00e9?
