{"id":13263,"date":"2023-03-10T10:26:24","date_gmt":"2023-03-10T09:26:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieselsplanells\/?p=13263"},"modified":"2023-03-10T10:26:24","modified_gmt":"2023-03-10T09:26:24","slug":"visita-a-lescola-agraria-del-pallars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieselsplanells\/general\/visita-a-lescola-agraria-del-pallars\/","title":{"rendered":"Visita a l&#8217;Escola Agr\u00e0ria del Pallars"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El dimecres 1 de mar\u00e7, l\u2019alumnat cientificotecnol\u00f2gic de Batxillerat hem anat a Talarn, per visitar l\u2019Escola Agr\u00e0ria del Pallars, un centre escolar p\u00fablic del Servei de Formaci\u00f3 Agr\u00e0ria que ofereix formaci\u00f3 professional especialitzada en el sector agroalimentari de muntanya.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s d\u2019una<a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieselsplanells\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1160\/2023\/03\/collage-talarn.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-13266 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieselsplanells\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1160\/2023\/03\/collage-talarn-185x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"261\" height=\"423\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieselsplanells\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1160\/2023\/03\/collage-talarn-185x300.png 185w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieselsplanells\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1160\/2023\/03\/collage-talarn.png 332w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 261px) 100vw, 261px\" \/><\/a> molt bona rebuda ens han ofert una petita explicaci\u00f3 sobre qui s\u00f3n i qu\u00e8 ofereixen a l\u2019escola, abans de fer dos tallers vivencials i manipulatius molt interessants.<\/p>\n<p>Al taller d\u2019ADDITIUS ALIMENTARIS, hem descobert que aquests ens permeten canviar aspectes dels aliments com ara el color, la textura, el sabor o l\u2019aroma, i tamb\u00e9 ens ajuden a conservar m\u00e9s temps i millor els diferents aliments. Hem esferificat melmelada de figa i iogurt artes\u00e0, i hem elaborat llaminadures de suc de poma, gelificant-lo amb agar-agar.<\/p>\n<p>Al taller d\u2019ELABOREM UN PRODUCTE LACTI, hem apr\u00e8s com funciona el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 del mat\u00f3 i el formatge a partir de la llet, hem descobert com saber si una llet \u00e9s de bona qualitat mitjan\u00e7ant diverses proves qu\u00edmiques, i hem practicat la teoria elaborant un mat\u00f3 amb les nostres mans, que ens hem pogut endur cap a casa per tastar.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Hem experimentat amb la qu\u00edmica dels aliments. Una jornada ben rica, en tots els sentits. Mmmmm!!
