{"id":11975,"date":"2020-05-09T19:32:28","date_gmt":"2020-05-09T17:32:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieselsplanells\/?p=11975"},"modified":"2021-09-10T12:21:32","modified_gmt":"2021-09-10T10:21:32","slug":"preinscripcio-eso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieselsplanells\/portada\/preinscripcio-eso\/","title":{"rendered":"Preinscripci\u00f3 ESO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieselsplanells\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1160\/2020\/05\/Preins-sencera.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-11976 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieselsplanells\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1160\/2020\/05\/Preins-sencera.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"389\" height=\"220\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieselsplanells\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1160\/2020\/05\/Preins-sencera.png 582w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieselsplanells\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1160\/2020\/05\/Preins-sencera-300x170.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 389px) 100vw, 389px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El per\u00edode de preinscripci\u00f3 per als estudis d&#8217;ESO ser\u00e0 del 13 al 22 de maig de 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amb motiu de la crisi sanit\u00e0ria ocasionada per la covid-19, s&#8217;ha ajustat el calendari i s&#8217;han introdu\u00eft certs canvis en el procediment de preinscripci\u00f3 que estableix les dues vies de formalitzaci\u00f3 seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><strong>Sol\u00b7licitud en suport inform\u00e0tic (del 13 al 22 de maig de 2020)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">1r) Accedir a la sol\u00b7licitud en suport inform\u00e0tic a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ensenyament.gencat.cat\/ca\/tramits\/tramits-temes\/20483-obligatoris?category=&amp;moda=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l&#8217;aplicatiu<\/a> del Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 mitjan\u00e7ant un ordinador, una tauleta o un tel\u00e8fon m\u00f2bil, i enviar telem\u00e0ticament les dades que s&#8217;hi demanen. En realitzar aquest tr\u00e0mit s&#8217;obt\u00e9 el resguard de la sol\u00b7licitud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">2n) Enviar a secretaria@inselsplanells.cat el resguard de la sol\u00b7licitud de preinscripci\u00f3 i una c\u00f2pia escanejada o fotografiada de la documentaci\u00f3 seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Llibre de fam\u00edlia o altres documents relatius a la filiaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">DNI de la persona sol\u00b7licitant (pare, mare, tutor\/a).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">DNI de l&#8217;alumne si \u00e9s major de 14 anys o si t\u00e9 DNI tot i ser menor de 14 anys.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu emplenada i signada (la trobareu en l&#8217;apartat <em>Documentaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria<\/em> d&#8217;aquest article).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Autoritzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;imatges dels alumnes, de car\u00e0cter voluntari, emplenada i signada (la trobareu en l&#8217;apartat <em>Documentaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria<\/em> d&#8217;aquest article).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Autoritzaci\u00f3 per a alumnat de menys de 14 d&#8217;anys per a l&#8217;\u00fas de serveis i recursos digitals per treballar a l&#8217;aula, emplenada i signada (la trobareu en l&#8217;apartat <em>Documentaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria<\/em> d&#8217;aquest article).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Presencialment amb cita pr\u00e8via (nom\u00e9s del 19 al 22 de maig de 2020). <\/strong>Procediment excepcional per aquelles fam\u00edlies que no puguin fer la presentaci\u00f3 telem\u00e0tica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1r) Sol\u00b7licitar dia i hora per tel\u00e8fon (973 40 23 27 \/ 973 40 22 24)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2n) Portar tota la documentaci\u00f3 sol\u00b7licitada anteriorment per poder-la escanejar o fotocopiar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">Cal tenir en compte les mesures de protecci\u00f3 seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Venir una persona sola, llevat els casos en qu\u00e8, per problemes de llengua, necessiti ajuda.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">No acudir al centre persones de grups d&#8217;especial risc, que es trobin en per\u00edode de confinament o que presentin s\u00edmptomes de covid-19. En aquest cas, es pot autoritzar per escrit a una altra persona a portar la sol\u00b7licitud i la documentaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Portar un bol\u00edgraf blau.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atendre les mesures de seguretat sanit\u00e0ries corresponents: dist\u00e0ncia de seguretat, mascareta i guants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Formulari de <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=1_82mL4jltwidcbLiktBnLVOjBgweMNHs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sol\u00b7licitud de preinscripci\u00f3<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><strong>Altres q\u00fcestions a tenir en compte<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El codi de centre de l&#8217;institut Els Planells \u00e9s 25005429.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">En emplenar la sol\u00b7licitud de preinscripci\u00f3, necessitareu l&#8217;identificador de l&#8217;alumne del Registre d&#8217;alumnes (RALC). Us el facilitaran a l&#8217;escola de prim\u00e0ria.
