{"id":57,"date":"2014-09-17T17:01:07","date_gmt":"2014-09-17T17:01:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieselcastell\/?page_id=57"},"modified":"2017-05-11T11:22:06","modified_gmt":"2017-05-11T09:22:06","slug":"projecte-educatiu","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ieselcastell\/projecte-educatiu\/","title":{"rendered":"Projectes Educatius"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00ad\u00ad\u00ad<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">ELS PROJECTES DE CENTRE<\/h2>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><big>Actualment, l\u2019Institut El Castell est\u00e0 treballant en els seg\u00fcents projectes:<\/big><\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>PROJECTE DE CENTRE DE TUTORIA COMPARTIDA<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Tradicionalment, com a refor\u00e7 de l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial de grup, el professorat del Centre comparteix la tutoria d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat per tal de fer-ne el seguiment personalitzat i esdevenir un referent per al treball amb les fam\u00edlies. Aix\u00ed, per a cada grup d\u2019alumnes s\u2019estableix una tutoria grupal i una cotutoria d\u2019orientaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>PLA DE FORMACI\u00d3\u00a0 DE CENTRE<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquest projecte \u00e9s aconseguir que un bon nombre de professorat del centre millori la seva formaci\u00f3 en tres \u00e0mbits, detectats a partir de les necessitats de centre. En els \u00faltims anys s\u2019ha realitzat formaci\u00f3 en els seg\u00fcents \u00e0mbits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Els recursos TIC<\/li>\n<li>La conviv\u00e8ncia i gest\u00f3 de l\u2019aula<\/li>\n<li>La did\u00e0ctica i metodologia<\/li>\n<li>La metodologia CLIL en el tractament de les lleng\u00fces estrangeres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>PROJECTES D\u2019ATENCI\u00d3 A LA DIVERSITAT<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En els darrers anys, a la nostra vila s\u2019ha endegat una l\u00ednia de treball conjunta entre l\u2019Ajuntament i els centres educatius. Aquest treball ha possibilitat, en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de Secund\u00e0ria, la creaci\u00f3 de la Xarxa Educativa Local. Aquesta est\u00e0 formada per professionals dels centres, l\u2019Ajuntament i l\u2019EAP i consta de tres diferents comissions: Orientaci\u00f3 (en acabar l\u2019ESO), Absentisme i Curr\u00edculum inclusiu. En aquests darrers anys, aquesta organitzaci\u00f3 ha perm\u00e8s un treball en xarxa d\u2019importants aspectes de la Secund\u00e0ria, alhora que ha anat creant les condicions per anar compartint i avan\u00e7ant en noves propostes i estrat\u00e8gies.<\/p>\n<p>Fruit d\u2019aquest treball tenim el projecte \u201cTu hi ets\u201d, d\u2019iniciaci\u00f3 professional a 4t d\u2019ESO, i el projecte de suport a l\u2019\u00e0mbit pr\u00e0ctic, \u201cL\u2019hort ecol\u00f2gic i trencad\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>PROJECTE LING\u00dc\u00cdSTIC<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>El projecte ling\u00fc\u00edstic com a part del PEC \u00e9s el recull organitzat dels acords de la comunitat educativa sobre les propostes de l\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge de les lleng\u00fces i la comunicaci\u00f3. L\u2019Institut El Castell \u00e9s un centre que presenta una realitat pluriling\u00fce creixent, que treballa per a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 intercultural i la cohesi\u00f3 social.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>COMPARTIM CONVERSES (PARELLES LING\u00dc\u00cdSTIQUES)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019objectiu principal d\u2019aquest projecte \u00e9s que l\u2019alumnat nouvingut (aprenents ling\u00fc\u00edstics) del nostre centre millori la seva compet\u00e8ncia comunicativa en llengua catalana mitjan\u00e7ant la conversa amb companys i companyes voluntaris, d\u2019edats similars, amb bona compet\u00e8ncia ling\u00fc\u00edstica en catal\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>GRUP EXPERIMENTAL CENTRES PLURILING\u00dcES<\/p>\n<p>El nostre centre ha entrat a formar part del Grup Experimental de Pluriling\u00fcisme del Departament d\u2019Ensenyament, el que permet oferir fins un 15% de curr\u00edculum ESO en llengua estrangera i assolir el nivell B1 en acabar 4t ESO a aquell alumnat que superi aquest curr\u00edculum.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>PROJECTE SHARING TO LEARN<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Experi\u00e8ncia d\u2019aprenentatge-servei en llengua estrangera a Esparreguera, que t\u00e9 com a objectiu afavorir l\u2019intercanvi entre alumnat de diferents etapes educatives i donar suport a la millora de l\u2019expressi\u00f3 oral en llengua anglesa. L\u2019alumnat amb molt bon nivell de llengua anglesa de 4t ESO i de 1r de Batxillerat actua com a LAs (Language Assistants) dels alumnes de Prim\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>PLA CATAL\u00c0 ESPORT I ESCOLA<\/h5>\n<p>Dinamitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019activitats l\u00fadico-esportives en la franja d\u2019esbarjo i en la franja extraescolar, per tal de fomentar els h\u00e0bits saluidables i de conviv\u00e8ncia entre l\u2019alumnat del Centre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>PROGRAMA DE MEDIACI\u00d3 ESCOLAR<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Aquest programa, malgrat estar finalitzat com a Projecte d\u2019Innovaci\u00f3, continua vigent dins la cultura de Centre.
