One of the projects has been carried out during the moths of January and February in the 3rd ESO class of Anthropology.<\/p>\n<p>Totem Poles is the title of the project. This project is part of a larger project named Totemism.<\/p>\n<p>Students work on this project after having acquired a background about the concept<\/p>\n<p>\u201c totemism\u201d: its meanings and social uses, its relevance around the world,<\/p>\n<p>connotations associated with animals, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>One of the main objectives is make the students aware of the fact that totemism is a well spread belief\u00a0 in different parts of the world.
